AEROSOL DISPENSERS AND CONTAINERS AND HEADS FOR SUCH CONTAINERS
Heads for an aerosol container are disclosed. The head comprises a handle body having a base configured to be coupled to the aerosol container, an outlet, a flexible tube housed within the handle body. The flexible tube is configured to provide fluid communication between the container exit of the aerosol container and the outlet. And the head further comprises an elastically deformable actuator comprising a lever arm, and a coupling portion integrally formed with the lever arm and configured to be mounted around the flexible tube, wherein the coupling portion is further configured such that when the lever arm is deformed by a user, the coupling portion actuates on the valve body of the aerosol container. Aerosol containers comprising such heads and kits for treatments skin lesions are also disclosed.
DISPENSER FOR CAN WITH FIXED VALVE STEM HOUSING
An article with a can and a dispenser, the can having a valve with a valve cup, valve stem housing and depressible valve stem and the dispenser having a base, a straw attached to the base, a sleeve extending over at least a portion of the straw, a trigger hingedly attached to the base and/or straw at a hinge point with a trigger section that engages the sleeve above the hinge point and a trigger arm that extends below the hinge point, and a plunger extending through a side of the base and into a flow channel of the dispenser while maintaining fluid communication through and/or around the plunger within the flow channel of the dispenser where the dispenser is attachable to the can by inserting the stationary valve stem housing into the flow channel of the dispenser base while inserting the dispenser base into the valve cup.
DISPENSER FOR VALVE WITH STATIONARY VALVE STEM HOUSING
An article includes a dispenser having a flow channel extending therethrough and having a base, a bendable segment attached to the base, a straw attached to the bendable segment, a plunger attached to the base and extending within the flow channel of the bendable segment; a sleeve extending over at least a portion of the straw, and a trigger hingedly attached to the straw at a hinge point and having a portion above the hinge point engaging the sleeve and a trigger portion extending below the hinge point.
DISPENSER ADAPTER
An article includes an adapter having a flow channel extending through it, where the adapter includes a base, a neck, a bendable segment attached to the base and neck and positioned between the base and neck, and a plunger attached to the neck or bendable segment and extending within the flow channel in the bendable segment.
Lubricant application tool for line hose
A hose lubricating tool for power line hoses. A backboard has a support plate mounted on the front surface. The backboard has a lip portion below the support plate integral with the bottom half. A hinge is mounted to the front surface and attached thereto is a finger base, the finger base mounted to the hinge on the front surface. An indentation is defined within the finger base underneath the front edge. A finger portion is mounted to the finger base, the finger portion extending out over a finger front edge of the finger base to define a finger tip, the finger tip and finger portion sized to be received within a groove of a power line hose. Upon the power line hose being forced along the finger tip, the finger base is urged downward to engage the trigger and release the lubricant.
Tearable lock closure for fluid dispensing caps
A fluid dispensing cap has a trigger vertically operable to actuate a valve. The cap has a window located below the trigger. The window defines a side edge and a bottom edge of the cap. A plate has a tab projecting therefrom. The plate also has a bottom surface with a channel. The plate is disposed in the window. A linking rib connects the plate to the side edge of the cap. The bottom edge is disposed in the channel. Movement of the trigger to actuate the valve is prevented until the plate and tab are affirmatively removed.
Pressurized canister actuator
The present disclosure relate to an actuator assembly for an aerosol can. The assembly includes a body attachable to a can and a disc provided with two opposing levers. The disc is hinged to the body and generally overlies a valve provided on the aerosol can. When either lever is depressed, a valve socket on the bottom of the disc engages the valve of the aerosol can to discharge pressurized liquid through a port formed through the disc. One of the levers is provided with a catching member that engages and selectively locks onto a latch provided on the body so that the lever is captured in a depressed position to cause the continuous discharge of liquid from the can. The captured lever can be released to discontinue discharge of liquid by pressing the other lever.
Single action dispensing device with sliding sleeve having a plug
A dispensing device for attaching to a container having a valve stem includes: (a) a hollow tube having a flow channel defined by a wall extending between entrance and exit ends with a connector on the entrance end for connecting to the valve stem; (b) a sleeve extending slidably over a portion of the hollow tube, the sleeve extending over, and having an opening proximate to, the hollow tube's exit end; (c) a sealing gasket around the outside of the hollow tube and between the hollow tube and the sleeve that prevents fluid communication past the gasket between the hollow tube and sleeve; (d) a trigger mount rigidly attached to the hollow tube or container; (e) a trigger hingedly connected at a first location to the trigger mount and operatively engaged with the sleeve at a second location; and (f) an elastic element between the trigger and the hollow tube and/or container.
Aerosol actuators, devices and methods of making and using the same
Aerosol actuation mechanisms include improvements allowing a user to extend the reach of an aerosol application device, apply an aerosol in a windy environment, improve coverage of the aerosol product, or facilitate improved ability to ensure coverage for an aerosol product.
Champagne sprayer
A sparkling wine sprayer configured to spray a sparkling wine for recreational activities includes a bottle top sealing system pivotally and operatively coupled to a quick release lever to provide an airtight seal to a sparkling wine bottle. The bottle top sealing system is further connected to a tube that carries a sparkling wine through the sprayer. To use the sprayer, a top of the bottle is sealed by pulling the lever towards a user, attaching a top of the bottle to the bottle top sealing system and then pushing the lever back. The trigger is then pressed to that opens a valve in the tube and aligns the tube sections, allowing the sparkling wine to flow through the tube and spraying the sparkling wine through the nozzle. On the other hand, depressing the trigger stops spraying of the sparkling wine.
