Skin care product dispensers and associated self-foaming compositions
Embodiments of the present invention provide foam skin care product (e.g., soap) dispensers and corresponding compositions. An example foam skin care product dispenser includes a reservoir that holds, under pressure, a skin care product composition, including one or more propellants. During a dispense, a dispense valve is opened to release some of the skin care product composition from the reservoir into a dispensing (e.g., flow) path. Once released, the skin care product composition at least partially foams to form foamed skin care product (e.g., foamed soap).
System and method for dispensing pressurized fluid
A system and method for dispensing a metered amount of liquid from a pressurized canister is provided.
Portable chargeable spray bottle
A portable chargeable spray bottle is disclosed comprising a body comprising an upper part and a lower part; a spray nozzle assembly equipped on the upper part, and a liquid charging structure placed at the bottom part. It is further comprises an exhaust structure comprising an exhaust hole penetrating the body, whereby exhaust air flow can escape via the exhaust hole to outside the bottle.
Spray foam corticosteroid product
A foamable pharmaceutical composition and a method of treating corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses of the skin are disclosed. The foamable pharmaceutical composition comprises a corticosteroid compound as an active ingredient; a quick-break foaming agent including an aliphatic alcohol, water, a fatty alcohol and a surface active agent; a buffering agent; and a propellant. The foamable composition is disposed within a pressurizable container that comprises an aerosol valve assembly including a dip tube communicating with a valve orifice through which the foamable composition is dispensed and an actuator to start and stop dispensation. The valve assembly dispenses a conically-shaped spray at a rate of about 2 to about 0.3 g/sec and provides a foam having a density of about 0.12 to about 0.25 when sprayed at a distance of about 5 to about 10 cm from the valve orifice onto a glass surface that is at ambient room temperature.
OVERCAP ASSEMBLY
An overcap assembly includes an actuator having a first slot, a tab, and a spray passageway. A nozzle is in fluid communication with the spray passageway. A housing is also included having a notch to receive the tab during a non-actuation state and a first projection to be received by the first slot during an actuation state.
Metering device and dispensing container
The invention relates a metering device for fluids from a containment volume. The metering device is a means to dispense metered volumes of fluids such as detergents, medicaments, lotions and the like. The invention further provides a container for fluid material to be dispensed in metered doses.
Fixed quantity injection unit
A certain amount of contents is easily sprayed by one pressing operation. A metered spray unit 10 being mounted on a stem 23 of a valve 22 that is provided on the upper portion of a container body 21, configured to spray a certain amount of contents in a container body 21, includes an outer cylinder 30 which is provided with a stem insertion hole 30a into which the tip of the stem 23 is inserted and the inner wall thereof is fixed to the stem, a metering chamber 35 connected to the stem insertion hole 30a, the metering chamber being an internal space having a predetermined capacity, connected to the stem insertion hole 30a, and an spray port 33 communicating with the metering chamber 35, a plug member 40 that is inserted from the inside of the metering chamber 35 into the spray port 33 for blocking the spray port 33, a push button 51, an elastic member 60 for supporting the push button 51 on the outer cylinder 30, and a shaft member 50 connected to the push button 51. The elastic member 60 has an amount of displacement due to the pressing force applied to the push button 51, being smaller than the amount of displacement when applying the same pressing force to the spring for urging the stem 23 within the valve 22.
MIXING APPARATUS, METHOD OF MAKING THE MIXING APPARATUS AND USING THE MIXING APPARATUS
An apparatus is provided that is configured to be used with a container having contents to permit mixing of the contents of the container. The apparatus includes a main body having a geometrical shape having an open end, a closed end, and a longitudinally extending bore or opening extending from the open end to the closed end. The opening or bore is configured to receive at least a portion of a container. A shaft is generally orthogonally positioned from a portion of the closed end. The shaft is configured to be received by a rotational device. The mixing apparatus can be used to mix various sized containers containing contents having one or more materials to be mixed.
Non-disruptive mitigation of malware attacks
A method and system for mitigating a malware attack are disclosed herein. A malware detection module iterates over a virtual memory address space associated with a process executing on a computer system. The malware detection module identifies a region of memory likely to be vulnerable to a malware attack. Responsive to identifying the region of memory, a thread hollowing module determines a specific process thread associated with the identified region of memory. The thread hollowing module renders the specific process thread inoperable.
