Aerosol container with spaced sealing beads
An aerosol dispenser, an outer container for an aerosol dispenser, and a preform for an outer container. The aerosol dispenser, outer container, and preform each have a neck including a crimp ring. The crimp ring may be configured to receive a valve cup, which is clinched thereto. The crimp ring includes one or more vents. The vents may be used to control overpressurization within the dispenser. The vents may be exposed to pressurized propellant and product due to deformation of the neck during undue overpressurization. The vents allow propellant and/or product to be released therethrough in the event of overpressurization.
SKIN CARE PRODUCT DISPENSERS AND ASSOCIATED SELF-FOAMING COMPOSITIONS
Embodiments of the present invention provide foam skin care product (e.g., soap) dispensers and corresponding compositions. An example foam skin care product dispenser includes a reservoir that holds, under pressure, a skin care product composition, including one or more propellants. During a dispense, a dispense valve is opened to release some of the skin care product composition from the reservoir into a dispensing (e.g., flow) path. Once released, the skin care product composition at least partially foams to form foamed skin care product (e.g., foamed soap).
DEVICE TO SPRAY OMNIDIRECTIONALLY AND AVOID BACKFLOW
A device to allow for the continuous spraying of pressurized liquid from an aerosol spray can at any angle required, and in locations that can only be accessed through an openings through which an aerosol spray can does not fit, all while automatically preventing backflow of the pressurized liquid through the device.
Divergently vented aerosol dispenser outer container therefor and preform therefor
An aerosol dispenser, an outer container for an aerosol dispenser and a preform for an outer container. The aerosol dispenser, outer container and preform each have a neck, which in turn has a crimp ring, to receive a valve cup clinched thereto. The crimp ring has slots which act as vents therethrough. The vents may be exposed to pressurized propellant and product due to deformation of the neck during undue internal pressurization. The cross section of the vents diverge in the downward direction to provide both flow area and for product and propellant and adequate area for the valve cup to be corrugatedly clinched to the crimp ring.
System and method for validating users using social network information
A system and method uses any or all of information of a user and/or user's activity at a second web site, information of the user's friends or other connections at the second web site, or registration information of the user, to determine whether to allow the user to communicate with other users of a first web site, prevent the user from communicating with other users of the first web site, or monitor the user's communications and allow or prevent the user from further communication based on the monitored communications at the first web site.
Closure for a container having an asymmetrical protrusion
The present invention relates to a closure for a container, the closure having an asymmetrical protrusion. The invention further relates to a kit of parts for assembling such a closure. The present invention relates to a closure for a container, the closure comprising an engine having a first track and a shroud having a second track, wherein the shroud and engine are adapted to engage, wherein the shroud can go from a first position to a second position in a motion in which the first track moves with respect to the second track in a rotational or linear fashion; wherein the engine comprises a first protrusion protruding from the first track with a first protrusion contour profile along the first track; wherein the shroud comprises a second protrusion protruding from the second track with a second protrusion contour profile along the second track; wherein movement of the shroud between the first position and the second position causes an interaction between the first protrusion and the second protrusion; wherein the first protrusion contour profile is asymmetrical or the second protrusion contour profile is asymmetrical, or both are asymmetrical.
METERED VALVE
The present device dispenses product from a pressurized container. The device has a metered valve that dispenses a predetermined fixed quantity of product upon actuation. The metered valve can be configured by the customer with a spacer to affect the amount of product continually metered.
DISPENSING DEVICE SUITABLE FOR A FOAMABLE PRODUCT
A dispensing device for dispensing a foamable product. The dispensing device comprises a dispensing channel (110; 210; 410). The dispensing channel has: an inlet (111; 211; 411) for communicating with a valve-element (120) of a container (130) containing the foamable product; and an outlet (112; 212; 412) for dispensing the foamable product. The dispensing channel (110; 210; 410) further comprises a variable-volume cavity (140; 240; 440) at the outlet. The variable-volume cavity (140; 240; 440) is defined at least partly by a first component (142; 242; 442) and a second component (144; 244; 444) that is separate from and rigidly movably with respect to the first component to vary the volume of the variable-volume cavity (140; 240; 440) between a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the variable-volume cavity (140; 240; 440) has a first volume and the outlet (112; 212; 412) is closed. In the second configuration, the variable-volume cavity has a second volume and the outlet (112; 212; 412) is open. The second volume is greater than the first volume.
Toilet Seat Cleaner
A toilet seat cleaner built into a hollow toilet interior and left and right hollow wing portions. One wing contains a cleaning solution and venturi valve. The other wing contains a forced air assembly. The perimeter of the top of the seat includes a raised portion having water and air outlet apertures. When the toilet is flushed, pressurized water to flows into the venturi valve and into an enclosed channel within the seat causing cleaning solution to be drawn into the stream of water and forced out of the water outlet apertures. When cleaning is complete, the forced air assembly forces into the channel and out of the air outlet apertures. The cleaning action is started when a flow sensor sees that the toilet has been flushed. The toilet seat is hinged and can be lifted in the same way as a standard toilet seat.
FORMULATION AND DISPENSER SYSTEMS FOR BEVERAGE FOAM TOPPINGS
Formulation and dispenser systems create dairy based toppings for beverages. The dispensers include a container, valve, and an actuator for the valve. The formulations include a liquid product and a propellant. The liquid product includes a certain percentage of milkfat provided, for example, by heavy cream, skim milk, nonfat dry milk, sweeteners, and an emulsifier. The propellant is nitrous oxide or nitrogen.
