AEROSOL FOAM DISPENSER

An aerosol foam dispenser for dispensing a foam antiperspirant or deodorant composition. The foam dispenser can have a pressurized container adapted for one or more propellants and a liquid deodorant or antiperspirant composition; a valve assembly, which can be a metered valve assembly, having a valve stem; an actuating mechanism in operative communication with the valve assembly, a dome with a skin contacting surface and one or more exit orifices in fluid communication with the valve stem; and a dip tube.

Dispensing system

The present invention relates to a dispensing system for spraying a liquid/gas mixture, the system comprising a dispenser and a holder in which the dispenser is held, the dispenser comprising a container that is adapted for holding therein a liquid phase and a gas phase that is at a pressure of 2 bar or greater and is in direct contact with the liquid phase. The dispensing system may be used in a first orientation and a second orientation, wherein the ratio of liquid to gas in the sprayed mixture is different depending on the orientation of the system during spraying.

Inhaler

An inhaler including a housing having a chamber to receive a valved canister and a stem block, and a mouthpiece in fluid communication with a passage of the stem block; and an actuation mechanism including configured to engage an outer surface of the stem block at a predefined angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the stem block to cause the downward movement of the stem block to activate the valve and release the aerosolizable liquid as the dose of the aerosolized spray out of the mouthpiece of the mechanical inhaler.

PRESSURISED DISPENSING CONTAINER

A pressurised dispensing container (10) comprising a container (11) for product to be dispensed, and a valve fixed to the container, wherein the container contains a propellant comprising 1,1-difluoroethane or a derivative thereof and optionally ethanol. The valve comprises a valve stem (15), a valve body (16, 18) and one or more seals (20, 21), the valve stem being slidable within the valve body, the one or more seals co-operating with the valve stem for regulating discharge of a fluid. The valve further comprises a sealing gasket (14) for sealing the valve to the dispensing container. The one or more seals (20, 21) is/are formed from (i) an elastomeric composition, preferably an elastomeric composition comprising an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer. The sealing gasket (14) is formed from (ii) an elastomeric composition comprising an isobutylene polymer or co-polymer thereof.
