A packet is suitable to contain products in loose or organized form and comprises at least two elements such as a mobile lid, affecting the upper part of the packet, and a containing body. The containing body consists of two lateral, a rear wall, a front wall, an upper wall and a lower wall, all defining a front bulk and a lateral bulk. The elements are connected to each other by movement means. The mobile lid is suitable to assume a closed position and an open position. The mobile lid, the walls of the containing body and the movement means define a kinematic mechanism suitable to make the mobile lid assume an open position as well.

A set of devices is provided for an electronic cigarette. The set of devices has a first device and a second device, wherein the first device has an authentication device which is configured to authenticate the first device and the second device in relation to a control element of the electronic cigarette. The set of devices further has an identifier which indicates that the first device has the authentication device for authenticating the first device and the second device, wherein the second device is without an identifier which indicates that the second device has the authentication device for authenticating the first device and the second device.

A method of making a package including forming a moisture barrier coated paper material that includes a moisture barrier coated paper material including a base substrate, a first polymer coating, a second polymer coating, and a third polymer coating, the first polymer coating, the second polymer coating, and the third polymer coating applied over a first side of the base substrate, the first polymer coating, the second polymer coating, and the third polymer coating providing a barrier for moisture and air exchange through the paper material, the first polymer coating, the second polymer coating, and the third polymer coating providing heat and pressure sealability capabilities to the paper material, cutting a packaging blank from the paper material; folding the packaging blank into the package, and sealing the package by providing heat and pressure to overlapped portions of the paper material.

A product package includes an inner case for storing the product and an outer case for enclosing the inner case. The product package includes a display area for product messaging. The display area includes exterior surfaces of the outer case. The outer case includes an open position in which the display area also includes exterior portions of the inner case. The product package may also include additional features intended to increase the display area of the product package, including a fold-out panel providing an additional exterior surface, an angled outer surface that is visible from a front perspective of the product package, and pivotable sections increasing the surface area of the product package.

A wrap for smoking articles, which encloses a group of smoking articles and has, at the top and at the front, a first extraction opening obtained through the wrap by means of a “U”-shaped through cut. The first extraction opening is normally closed by a reusable closing portion, which consists of the part of the wrap surrounded by the through cut and it can be lifted to free the first extraction opening and then lowered again to engage the first extraction opening. A pack for smoking articles comprising: a group of smoking articles housed in an inner container; an outer container, housing on the inside and in a sliding manner, the inner container; and a locking system. The locking system comprises an abutment element integral with and arranged inside the outer container; a first wing integral with the inner container and movable relative thereto so as to be arranged in abutment against the abutment element when the inner container is in a closed position, thus preventing the inner container from sliding from the closed position to an open position; and a second wing obtained on and movable relative to the outer container so as to be pressed inwards and, hence, move the underlying first wing accordingly to release the first wing abutting against the abutment element and allow the inner container to slide from the closed position to the open position.

A child-resistant container may include an inner tray including a first side, a second side opposite the first side, a first locking mechanism on the first side, and a second locking mechanism on the second side; and an outer sleeve including a first sleeve side, a second sleeve side opposite the first sleeve side, a first locking port on the first sleeve side, a second locking port on the second sleeve side, an open end, and one or more catches. The inner tray may be slidably inserted into the outer sleeve through the open end such that each of the locking mechanisms releasably engages at least one of the locking ports. A package with a sliding opening for consumer goods can include a group of consumer goods; a container that is tub-shaped, which contains the group of consumer goods and comprises an extraction opening for the extraction of consumer goods; a closing label, which is fixed in a repositionable manner to the first container to open and close the extraction opening; a covering of the first container, which is made starting from a blank of wrapping material; a casing made starting from a blank of wrapping material. The casing is arranged externally to the covering and is slidingly coupled to the covering to be movable between a closing position, in which access to the group of consumer goods is not allowed, and an opening position, in which access to the group of consumer goods is allowed.

A pack for smoking articles comprising: a group of smoking articles housed in an inner container; an outer container, housing on the inside and in a sliding manner, the inner container; and a locking system. The locking system comprises an abutment element integral with and arranged inside the outer container; a first wing integral with the inner container and movable relative thereto so as to be arranged in abutment against the abutment element when the inner container is in a closed position, thus preventing the inner container from sliding from the closed position to an open position; and a second wing obtained on and movable relative to the outer container so as to be pressed inwards and, hence, move the underlying first wing accordingly to release the first wing abutting against the abutment element and allow the inner container to slide from the closed position to the open position.

A container for consumer goods includes an outer housing; and an inner liner for storing consumer goods, wherein the inner liner is arranged within the outer housing; and the outer housing includes a closing flap for opening and closing the container, wherein the closing flap is integral with the outer housing and includes a top panel and a front panel; and the inner liner includes an opening for allowing access to the consumer goods within the inner liner in an open configuration of the container, said opening being closed by a reclosable inner liner flap in a closed configuration of the container, wherein the inner liner flap is attached to the inner liner at least partially by a re-sealable adhesive; and wherein the closing flap is permanently attached to the inner liner flap.
