A container for consumer goods is provided, including: an outer sleeve including outer sleeve front and back walls, and first and second opposed outer sleeve side walls; an inner slide mounted within the outer sleeve and including inner slide bottom, front, and back walls; and a sleeve cover including sleeve cover first and second panels, the first panel detachably depending from the outer sleeve along a first line of weakness and extending between the outer sleeve back and front walls, the sleeve cover second panel detachably depending from the sleeve cover first panel along a second line of weakness and permanently affixed to an inner surface of the outer sleeve, such that upon separation of the sleeve cover first panel and the sleeve cover second panel: a first outer sleeve opening is revealed, and the inner slide becomes movable between fully inserted and protruding positions.

A container comprises a housing that comprises a box and a lid that is hingedly attached to the box. The lid comprises a bottom edge. The box comprises a front wall and a rear wall. The container also comprises an inner package disposed at least partially within the housing and at least partially defining an interior volume for housing consumer goods. The inner package is configured to open and close when the lid of the housing is opened and closed. The inner package comprises an access opening and a sealing flap. The sealing flap comprises a tab that has a bottom edge. The bottom edge of the tab is positioned below the bottom edge of the lid when the lid is in a closed position.

A pack of smoking articles having: a container; an inner wrap enclosing a group of smoking articles housed in the container; a hinged lid movable between open and closed positions; a collar glued on the inside of the container so as to partially project out of an open top end and engage a corresponding inner surface of the lid when the lid is in a closed position; a slider firmly connected to the lid and coupled in a sliding manner to the container so as to slide relative to the container; and a locking system interposed between the container and the slider and, in the closed position of the lid, prevents the slider from sliding relative to the container. The hindering of the slider can be deactivated by external action of the user who elastically deforms at least part of the front wall of the container.

The invention relates to a package for tobacco related articles, in particular cigarettes, comprising an inner body (1) and an outer shell (2), wherein the inner body is configured to contain the tobacco related article, in particular the cigarettes, wherein the inner body and the outer shell are configured such that the inner body (1) can be shifted within the outer shell (2) in a longitudinal direction of the tobacco related articles, in particular in a longitudinal direction of the cigarettes, and wherein the inner body (1) and the outer shell (2) comprise a first stopping mechanism for stopping the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside or substantially outside the bottom opening of the outer shell and a second stopping mechanism for preventing the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside the upper end of the outer shell. The invention also relates to blanks for manufacturing the package and a method of manufacturing the package.

In an example embodiment, a pack for tobacco articles comprises an inner sleeve, and an outer box comprising front and back covers that allow access to the inner sleeve when the outer box is opened. The inner sleeve can include a front connecting panel pivotally connecting a front wall of the inner sleeve to an inner surface of the front cover and a back connecting panel pivotally connecting a back wall of the inner sleeve to an inner surface of the back cover. A slot in the outer box is configured to allow opening of the outer box by applying pressure against a bottom wall of the inner sleeve.

Provided herein is a cigarette pack formed of a moisture barrier coated paper material. The paper material includes a base substrate, a first polymer coating, a second polymer coating, and a third polymer coating. The first polymer coating, the second polymer coating, and the third polymer coating provide a barrier for moisture and air exchange through the paper material. The first polymer coating, the second polymer coating, and the third polymer coating also provide heat and pressure sealability capabilities to the paper material.

A package includes a casing of made sheet material defining an inner volume, the casing including first lateral walls defining a first passage opening delimited by a first free edge, the casing including an engagement portion extending from a lateral wall of the first lateral walls inside of the inner volume to provide a projection, wherein the engagement portion extends from the first free edge of the casing in a direction towards the inner volume. There is provided a container (10) for consumer goods, the container (10) comprising an outer housing comprising a box portion (12) and a lid portion (14) depending from the box portion (12) along a hinge line. The container (10) further comprises a plurality of consumer goods (18) received within the box portion (12) and an inner frame (16) slidably received within the outer housing. The inner frame (16) comprises an inner frame front wall (22) underlying a box portion front wall (17) and a tab portion (28) positioned between a box portion bottom wall and an end of each of a selection of the consumer goods, the tab portion (28) depending along a first weakening zone (30) from the inner frame front wall (22). The tab portion (28) is arranged so that sliding the inner frame (16) away from a box portion bottom wall engages the tab portion (28) with the selection of consumer goods and lifts them away from the box portion bottom wall. An inner wrapper (20) is wrapped around the consumer goods (18), the inner wrapper (20) comprising an aperture (48) underlying the selection of consumer goods and overlying the inner frame tab portion (28).
