The invention relates to a package for tobacco related articles, in particular cigarettes, comprising an inner body (1) and an outer shell (2), wherein the inner body is configured to contain the tobacco related article, in particular the cigarettes, wherein the inner body and the outer shell are configured such that the inner body (1) can be shifted within the outer shell (2) in a longitudinal direction of the tobacco related articles, in particular in a longitudinal direction of the cigarettes, and wherein the inner body (1) and the outer shell (2) comprise a first stopping mechanism for stopping the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside or substantially outside the bottom opening of the outer shell and a second stopping mechanism for preventing the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside the upper end of the outer shell. The invention also relates to blanks for manufacturing the package and a method of manufacturing the package.

The invention relates to a (cigarette) package consisting of an outer package (10) and two inner packages (11, 12). The latter can be moved by a pivoting movement about a respective articulation joint in the region of an outer base wall (40) out of the closed position (upright within the outer package (10)) into an oblique open position. To this end a covering tab (28) which closes off the cup-shaped inner package (11, 12) on the upper face is automatically moved out of the closed position, such that the oblique inner package (11, 12) is ready for the removal of the contents of the packaging.

The present invention relates to a container (10) for consumer articles, the container (10) comprising a box portion wherein the box portion comprises a box front wall (14), a box rear wall (16), a box bottom wall and two box side walls (12) extending between the box front wall (14) and the box rear wall (16), and a spacer (20), wherein the spacer (20) is mounted within the box portion, the spacer (20) is mounted essentially perpendicular to the box bottom wall, the spacer (20) is partially projecting out at the upper end of the box front wall (14), and the spacer (20) comprises at least one spacer wall (26, 28, 30), the at least one spacer wall (26, 28, 30) has at least one spacer cut-out (32, 34, 36), and the at least one spacer cut-out (32, 34, 36) is located at the upper end of the at least one spacer wall (26, 28, 30). The container (10), further comprising an inner frame with an inner frame cut-out, wherein the inner frame is provided at the inner side of the box front wall (14) and is partially projecting out at the upper end of the box front wall (14). A cigarette package is provided with a box body and a tongue lid. The tongue lid includes a top wall and a tongue wherein the top wall closes an open end of the box body and the tongue overlies a front wall of the box body at the time the cigarette package is made, and connecting lugs in a pair joined to the opposite side edges of the tongue by side separation lines, respectively, and bonded to the opposite side faces of the box body, respectively. The side separation lines each has slits arranged at specified intervals and portions connecting the adjacent slits. The connecting portions are formed into fatigue joints by applying a load.
