BEVERAGE CAPSULE
The present patent application relates to a beverage capsule, which includes a bracket, the bracket has a first opening and a second opening, the bracket includes an inner sidewall and a plurality of partition plates located on an inner side of the inner sidewall, the partition plates divide the columnar space evenly into a plurality of storage spaces, the storage spaces are filled with a brewing material, and further includes a first filter paper and a first sealing film for covering the first opening, and a second filter paper and a second sealing film for covering the second opening, a second end of the bracket has a plurality of end plates, the bracket further includes an outer sidewall, the outer sidewall first extends outward from one end of the inner sidewall and then extends to another end of the inner sidewall, an annular groove is formed between the inner sidewall and the outer sidewall, the bracket further includes a plurality of rib plates formed by extending outward from an outer surface of the inner sidewall. In the beverage capsule of the present patent application, since the bracket has partition plates and end plates, the structure's load-bearing capacity is more reasonable and is not easily deformed, it provides a space for expansion of the brewing material and will not affect the brewing effect caused by inability to expand.

SINGLE-SERVE REFILL POD
Refillable pod can be reused to brew a beverage with a single-serve brewer. The refillable pod has a funnel at about six O'clock position near the front of the cap to drain the beverage without substantially coming to contact the brewing mechanism. The refillable pod may have a handle which can be used by the user to insert the refillable pod into the brewer so that funnel can be positioned at about six O'clock position within the brewing mechanism.
CAPSULE FOR FOOD OR BEVERAGE PREPARATION COMPRISING AN OVERSIZED MEMBRANE
The invention relates to a capsule (1) for food or beverage preparation, the capsule (1) comprising a hollow body (2) adapted to be punctured for fluid injection inside the capsule (1), a chamber (10) formed inside the body (2) and containing an ingredient, a membrane (9) covering an opening formed in a bottom end of the chamber (10), an edge of the membrane being fastened to a rim (12) surrounding the opening by fastening means which forms a seal between the body (2) and the membrane (9), and opening means disposed outside the chamber (10) in the vicinity of the membrane (9) configured to open the membrane when it is pressed against said opening means under an opening pressure. The part of the membrane (9) which is surrounded by the seal has a developed surface area comprised between 110% and 140% of the area of a flat surface surrounded by said seal.
Capsule for the preparation of infusion or soluble beverages in low pressure extraction systems
The capsule includes: a cup defining an internal volume and closed at the top by a lid fixed to an upper edge; a sealing disc fixed internally to the cup on a lower edge, adapted to divide the internal volume into a containing volume for the food product to be infused or dissolved, and a mixing volume for optimal mixing of the food substance in the extraction fluid, said sealing disc, being adapted to seal the containing volume tightly at the base and then to detach from the lower edge due to the pressure exerted by the fluid; a mixing element positioned in the cup between the sealing disc and the lower wall, adapted to create vorticity in the fluid to allow a correct mixing of the food substance.
Capsule for the preparation of beverages
This disclosure relates to a capsule (1) for making a beverage, containing a powdered food substance (8) which enables a beverage to be made by passing water through it. The capsule (1) comprises a cup-shaped containment body (2), in turn comprising a tubular lateral wall (21) and a bottom portion (22), and a closing element (29) that closes the top of the containment body (2). The bottom portion (22) has a dispensing hole (26) and the containment body (2) defines a containment chamber (20) inside itself. A filtering element (3) is mounted in the containment chamber (20) and is positioned between the powdered food substance (8) and the bottom portion (22). A dispensing element (5) is mounted in the containment chamber (20) and is positioned between the filtering element (3) and the bottom portion (22). The dispensing element (5) is intended to create a tortuous path for the beverage that flows towards the dispensing hole (26) and has a first face (51) facing the filtering element (3), a second face (52) facing the bottom portion (22) and a perimetric face (53) which joins the first face (51) and the second face (52) to each other. The dispensing element (5) has, on the first face (51), a chamber or recess (551) in a central region, one or more chambers or recesses (552) in annular regions, a plurality of channels (553) that put said chambers or recesses (551, 552) in communication with each other and with the perimetric face (53). Moreover, the dispensing element (5) has, on the second face (52), one or more chambers or recesses (562) in annular regions and a plurality of channels (563) that put said one or more chambers or recesses (562) in communication with the perimetric face (53) and with the dispensing hole (26). The tortuous path for the beverage involves the first face (51), the perimetric face (53) and the second face (52) of the dispensing element (5).
Single-Measure Filtered-Coffee Unit and Method for Production and Infusion of the Unit
A single dose unit (1) for brewed coffee, which comprises an upper layer (3) and a lower layer (4), both of which are filter elements (3a) made from cellulose fibers and other synthetic fibers, and traces of plastic fibers, thus consisting of a fully biodegradable filter element (3a), with the upper and lower layers (3 and 4) sealed in a circular manner, forming a sealing edge (5) with a pouch for ground coffee (CF) between the layers, and an injector device (2) disposed in the center of the upper layer (3) in a specific production process of perforation and sealing, as well as the process of brewing the brewed coffee in a coffee maker, with an upper spreader (15b) and a lower spreader unit (15) both provided with longitudinal grooves (22) in order to obtain brewed coffee without any pressure.
METHOD FOR DELIVERING LIQUID HEATED TO A DESIRED TEMPERATURE UNDER PRESSURE IN A MICROWAVE OVEN
A method of delivering a liquid heated to a desired temperature under pressure in a microwave oven uses a device having first and second chambers adapted to receive and hold, respectively, a first and second volume of a liquid, a vapor flow path from the first chamber to the second chamber, and a liquid/vapor flow path from the second chamber to a destination outside of the second chamber. The first chamber liquid receives less microwave energy per volume than the second chamber liquid receives. The device is placed on top of a receiving vessel and placed into a microwave oven, which is activated until the first chamber liquid boils and at least partially turns into gas, flows through the vapor flow path into the second chamber, and forces some of the second chamber liquid through the liquid/vapor flow path to the destination outside of the second chamber.
