Shock absorbing member, packaging material, and package
A shock absorbing member which absorbs a shock acting between a top plate with an upper surface on which a fixation target is loaded and the fixation target includes a fixation part that fixes the fixation target and a shock absorbing part that is supported by the top plate, supports the fixation part, and absorbs a shock acting on the fixation part.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A FOLDABLY CONSTRUCTED PALLET
A method of assembling a pallet using a machine includes folding a first portion of a pallet support column to define a vertical support structure. The method further includes folding a second portion of the pallet support column to engage the vertical support structure. The method further includes gluing at least a portion of the second portion to the first portion. The method further includes coupling the pallet support column to at least one of a bottom member or a top member of the pallet.
Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to of another.
Pallet stacker
A molded plastic stacking device is placed between stacked containers of the type having a pallet bottom supporting a container body or sleeve. The device fits onto the top of one container and provides receptacles that receive and stabilize the legs of an upper pallet that is part of another container.
Equipment platform
Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.
Assembly method for corrugated skid
A method for assembling a corrugated skid includes selecting first and second planar corrugated blanks and folding the first blank to produce a first double thickness rib that extends out of the plane of the first blank. That blank is placed on a horizontal surface having blades protruding upwards such that the blades penetrate the middle of the double thickness rib and hold it perpendicular to the horizontal surface. The second blank is folded to produce a second double thickness rib that extends out of the plane of the second blank. The second blank is placed on top of the first blank such that the first rib penetrates a slot in the second blank, and the first and second blanks are engaged with one side of each blank facing each other forming a double thickness skid deck with ribs forming depending legs for supporting the skid deck above a supporting surface.
FOLDABLE TRANSPORT CONTAINERS
The present invention relates to a hybrid panel, comprising a panel comprising: a core, a first protecting layer on a first side of said core and a second protecting layer on a second side of said core; said panel defining an outside geometry thereof; and an overmolded portion which overlays at least a part of said panel, thereby changing said geometry of said panel at said part of said panel.
CARGO HANDLING PALLET
A cargo handling pallet includes: a cargo placement surface, and a ground contact surface parallel with the placement surface and in contact with a pallet supporting surface. At least one of four edges of the placement surface is formed as an eaves edge over the entire length or a part of the length. A recess is defined below the eaves edge such that the pallet supporting surface is exposed by the recess, and a distal end of a fork can be inserted into the recess. The eaves edge has a sliding contact portion that is brought into sliding contact with an upper surface of the distal end of the fork. The depth of the recess is set longer than the fork insertion length for a case where the upper surface of the distal end of the fork is first brought into contact with the sliding contact portion.
Reinforced gaylord container
A reinforced Gaylord container is provided storage and transport, including stacked storage on a pallet. A core is provided for supporting a majority of a vertical load on the container, instead of such load being delivered to sidewalls. A positioning insert is provided for positioning the core within the container. A plurality of such containers may be placed on respective pallets and stacked.
Structural element
