Pest-repellent pallet slip sheets
Pest-repellent pallet slip sheets for preventing or reducing rodent or pest damage to goods placed on pallets or other locations. The pest-repellent pallet slip sheets generally include slip sheets designed for placement on the top portion of a pallet, such that the slip sheet covers substantially the entire pallet. The slip sheets may be treated with repellent substance all over, randomly, or in a pattern such that a specific portion, or all, of the slip sheet is treated with the pest-repellent substance. The pattern may be produced, for example, by feeding slip sheet material past an application device at a given rate of speed, and then intermittently interrupting the application of the pest-repellent substance if an intermittent pattern is desired. A colored dye may be added to the pest-repellent substance to create a visible indication of a pattern or treated area.
BIN RISER
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
STACKABLE PALLET DISPLAY
A stackable pallet display system includes a tray portion having a rectangular bottom wall, corner posts extending upward from corners of the tray portion and an interior divider panel extending upward from the tray portion. The tray, corner posts and interior divider wall of the system can be folded from blanks of material.
Securing device
A securing device includes a base and a sheet placed on the base. The sheet includes a hole. A securing support is disposed opposite the hole of the sheet. A coupler secures the sheet to the base through the securing support. The securing support includes a contact face that contacts the coupler. The contact face includes a notch through which the securing support is removed from the coupler to separate the base from the sheet without removing the coupler.
EQUIPMENT PLATFORM
Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.
Pallet and container kit
A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.
Pallet box
A system is provided comprising a box with four bottom flaps, at least four durable pegs projecting from exterior surfaces of two opposing bottom flaps, the pegs positioned to function as a built-in pallet structure for the box, adhesive strips on interior surfaces of the two opposing bottom flaps to promote closure of the bottom flaps, four top flaps, interior surfaces of two opposing top flaps containing protected adhesive strips to promote closure of the top flaps, and wax paper covering the adhesive strips prior to use of the strips. The pegs are constructed from the same material as the box. Material comprising the pegs is denser than material comprising the box. The denser concentration of the peg material enables the pegs to sustain weight of the box and contained items. The pegs are positioned on the opposing bottom flaps.
CORRUGATE PALLET APPARATUS AND RELATED METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
Stringers 12 for a pallet 10 constructed from corrugate are disclosed. The stringers 12 are manufactured from corrugate sheets 30 that are die cut and laminated into corrugate stringer blocks 40, in various aspects. The corrugate stringer blocks 40 include a plurality of stringers 12 connected by a shear bridge 34 die cut into the corrugate sheets 30 when forming the stringers 12 from the corrugate sheet 30 to retain the stringer 12 on the corrugate stringer block 40 until a separating force is applied to the block to separate the individual stringers 12 from the corrugate stringer block 40, in various aspects.
Recyclable cardboard pallet
A recyclable cardboard pallet is described herein. The pallet includes a top platform and a bottom platform formed by at least one layer of laminar components, wherein at least one of the layers of laminar components of each platform has openings, fastening components, and a frustoconical shape for inserting separators. The separators include outer tubular bodies with an inner diameter that is greater than or equal to a largest diameter of the openings, such that ends of the outer tubular body rest completely on the laminar elements between which it is located. The separators further include an inner tubular body concentric with and longer than the outer tubular body, the inner tubular body having an outer diameter configured relative to a smallest diameter of the openings, such that the outer diameter of the inner tubular body fits flush with laminar elements between which it is located.
Metallic pallet system with ski-shaped feet
A pallet system with a reusable metal pallet base and a reusable collapsible corrugated carton or box. The pallet has a rectangular outer perimeter frame and a rectangular inner perimeter frame located inside the rectangular outer perimeter frame. The pallet includes four middle angular member junctions located between the rectangular inner perimeter frame and the rectangular outer perimeter frame and eight ski-shaped feet mounted to the side elements of the inner perimeter frame and to the side bars of the outer perimeter frame. Each of the corner angular member junctions and the middle angular member junctions has an upward-extending flange. The ski-shaped feet and the upward-extending flanges are arranged such that when two reusable metal pallets are stacked, the ski-shaped feet of an upper pallet nests and the upward-extending flanges partially cover an outer surface of the outer peripheral frame of the upper pallet.
