Transportable rack for pressure safety/relief valves
A transportable valve rack for securing a plurality of pressure safety or pressure relief valves in an upright position. The valves of the type having a bolted flange-type connection and the rack comprises a base assembly and a top plate mounted on the base assembly. The top plate includes a plurality of areas, with each area comprising a plurality of holes arranged on a circumference of two or more concentric circles. The plurality of holes extends through the top plate and at least four holes are on the circumference of each concentric circle. The holes are sized and arranged to align with bolt holes of pre-selected flanges of particular size and pressure rating. Nuts and bolts extended through aligned holes secure the valve to the valve rack.
WHEELED SHIPPING CART WITH STACKABLE TRAYS
A wheeled shipping/transport cart includes a cart frame that supports a plurality of wheels. The cart frame supports a plurality of stackable trays. The trays include a tray frame with opposed end members, a plurality of longitudinal support members disposed between the opposed end members, and a plurality of upright members nesting with upright members of an adjacent tray. A support structure is disposed between the opposed end members to form an arc corresponding to a curved surface of an article to be supported by the support structure. A pin is received through each of the upright members of the plurality of stackable trays to retain the stackable trays in a stacked configuration.
PALLET STANDS
Devices and systems can be used to enhance warehouse material handling operations. For example, this document describes pallet stands that make material handling processes more safe and efficient. In some embodiments, a pallet stand described herein includes a structure comprising a top configured for a pallet to rest on and a pedestal arranged to elevate the structure above a floor. The pedestal has an outer size that is less than the width of the top structure and less than the length of the top structure.
ASSEMBLED PLASTIC PALLET
An assembled plastic pallet is provided in the disclosure, which includes a panel and a plurality of support legs detachably arranged at a lower side of the panel. A metal reinforcement is embedded in the panel, each of the plurality of support legs is in a cuboid, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is recessed inward to form a first groove, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is formed with a reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is smoothly transitioned to a bottom of the first groove with an arc. An assembled plastic pallet provided in this disclosure can be freely assembled as required and has high bearing capacity.
Pallet system for cable-enabled loading
A novel pallet construction and pallet moving system includes a rigid pallet including a linear conduit passing through the pallet between opposing sides of the pallet and open at the ends of the conduit. The conduit includes a removable lining to prevent destruction of the pallet and conduit during use. In alternative configurations, two offset conduits may be provided to accommodate other hardware and use constraints.
Universal pallets for storage and display
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
COLLAPSIBLE CRATE
A collapsible crate includes a structural base and at least one collapsible corner post assembly coupled to the base. The corner post assembly includes supports configured to provide lateral protection to a payload in the crate. The corner post assembly is moveable between an upright position and a collapsed position. The crate can further be stackable and/or returnable.
Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
Offshore cargo rack for use in transferring palletized loads between a marine vessel and an offshore platform
A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform (for example, oil and gas well drilling or production platform) provides a frame having a base, a front, a rear, upper and lower end portions and side walls. The lower end of the frame has a floor. Openings in the base align with forklift tine tubes or sockets. The frame includes a pair of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the base that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame including a gate at least at the front and at least at the rear of the frame, each gate being movable between open and closed positions. The gates enable a forklift to place loads on the floor by accessing either the front of the frame or the rear of the frame. Each gate can be pivotally attached to a corner column.
A Collapsible Bulk Container
A collapsible bulk container 10 comprising a bag 12 for holding a bulk load, a support base 14, four collapsible legs 16 and a rectangular upper frame member 18. The legs 16 are secured to the support base 14 by means of hinge assemblies 20 which permit hinged displacement of the legs between upright positions and folded positions wherein the legs are folded onto the support base 14.
