Pallet with Stacking Stops on the Pallet Deck
A pallet made of plastic, having a pallet deck and pallet runners. The runners extend the length of the pallet and have a substantially rectangular form. The runners and the pallet deck have formations that allow a form-fit engagement of two pallets of the same type that are stacked one above the other. The form-fit engagement creates a stable stack. The formations on the pallet deck are also designed to allow wooden pallets to be stacked on the pallet according to the invention.
PALLET MADE OF PLASTIC HAVING REINFORCING ELEMENTS
A pallet includes a cover plate configured to accommodate articles, and at least two runners arranged underneath the cover plate, each runner including a runner standing surface, wherein each runner standing surface is subdivided centrally of each runner transversely thereto at a dividing plane and into at least two separate runner elements including a first runner element and a second runner element which, in the mounted position, combine to form the runner standing surface, and wherein each runner element includes an elongated reinforcing element which is held at a first end remote from the dividing plane by a stop in the first runner element and is held at a second end by the second runner element.
PLASTIC PALLET WITH PROTECTED RUNNERS
The invention relates to a plastic pallet comprising an upper part, which is provided with outer and central female foot parts, and runners, which are provided with outer and central male foot parts. When plugged together with the female foot parts, the male foot parts form foot elements, and the female foot parts of the upper part and the male foot parts of the runners can be secured by means of a snap-fit connection. The female foot parts have an outer wall which surrounds their respective male foot parts. The outer wall of the outer female foot part extends over the entire height of the outer male foot part such that the outer male foot parts of the runners can be completely slid into the outer female foot parts of the upper part in such a manner that the outer wall of the outer female foot part together with the runner forms a support surface.
Pallet and logistic system
A pallet has a deck, a skid and a plurality of blocks, spacing the skid from the deck. The blocks comprise spacer portions and sleeve portions, wherein the sleeve portions may extend above and below the spacer portions. The pallet constructed in this way can advantageously be made in any conventional size to meet the relevant norm or standard, while benefitting from the fact that the sleeve portions protect the edges of the deck and/or skid from impact. Furthermore, any impact imparted on the blocks is transmitted by the respective sleeve to the deck and/or skid. A logistic system is also described.
Half-size plastic pallet with deck scoop areas
A pallet includes a top deck divided into quadrants, and pallet support legs coupled to an underside of the top deck and forming an opening below the top deck for receiving a lifting member. The top deck includes at least one deck scoop area on an underside thereof in each quadrant. A thickness of the top deck is reduced in each deck scoop area to reduce influence of top deck deflection on ability of the lifting member to pass through the opening below the top deck.
Modular deck system for use with movable platforms
Disclosed herein is a modular deck system that utilizes a combination of a movable platform having a plurality of vertical posts with engagement members. Decks, filled with freight, can be placed onto the vertical posts at various heights at different sections of the movable platform using a conveyance vehicle. Further, the height of the vertical posts can be extended using an extension post for securing tall cargo. The decks can also be locked to the vertical posts to prevent dislodgement of the deck during transport of the movable platform.
STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS AND ASSEMBLIES FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PACKAGING
Disclosed is stack support assembly. The stack support assembly includes at least one binding element to press and bind at least one support leg to a material stack; and at least one elongated and partially hollow support leg composed of a shaped polymer. The elongated and partially hollow support leg includes vertically oriented side walls connected to one another with a repeating pattern of interconnect structures, thereby forming hollowed channels extending between a top plane and a bottom plane of the support leg.
Repairable plastic pallet with removable support blocks and associated methods
A pallet top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an inner wall surrounding an interior opening, an outer wall surrounding the inner wall, and a plurality of ribs extending between the inner and outer walls. First and second upper tabs extend outwards from upper surfaces of the inner wall, with each upper tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the top deck. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second upper tabs are oriented in a first direction. First and second lower tabs extend outwards from lower surfaces of the ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the bottom deck. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second lower tabs are oriented in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction.
TRANSPORT CONTAINER
A transport container for carrying one or more generally planar objects having a base configured to support the one or more generally planar objects. First and second side walls are removably coupled to opposing ends of the base. The first and second side walls are movable substantially along a first axis between an extended position and a contracted position. The first side wall is spaced from the second side wall by a first distance when the first and second side walls are in the extended position and by a second distance when the first and second side walls are in the contracted position. The first and second side walls are movable substantially along a second axis between a deployed position and a collapsed position. The first and second side walls have a first height in the deployed position and a second height different than the first height in the collapsed position.
Hygienic pallet and methods of use and manufacture
A hygienic pallet suitable for use in food manufacturing is formed of a food-grade material. The pallet comprises a load supporting surface extending between pallet edges. The pallet also comprises support lips that extend upward and away from the load supporting surface and in a direction away from a pallet edge. At least two support lips can be separated to form a channel between chamfered edges of the support lips. The support lips support molds or other objects on the load supporting surface during movement of the pallet, while the channels facilitate removal of debris and liquid during use or cleaning of the pallet. The pallet further comprises a section divider that divides stacking sections of the load supporting surface. Stackable molds for food manufacturing can be placed within the stacking areas to transport the mold stacks. A method of manufacturing the hygienic pallet comprises rotational molding.
