COMPOSITE PALLET
A composite pallet is made of concrete fill material that is enclosed in a frame structure. The frame structure includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame member has a first frame member cavity that contains the concrete fill material. The first frame member has a tenon, and the second frame member has a mortice in which the tenon of the first frame member is received. The tenon of the first frame member defines a fill gap through which the fill material is able to flow during manufacturing. The frame structure is made of sheet metal that has seams located inside the frame structure.
High-strength foam bearing pallet
A high-strength foam bearing pallet is disclosed. The foam bearing pallet comprises a foam bearing plate and supporting legs configured on the lower end of the foam bearing plate. The foam bearing plate comprises a foam core and a PET reinforcing film covering the outer surface of the foam core to increase its strength. The PET reinforcing film is made of a PET sheet heated and fixed to the outer surface of the foam core through vacuum forming. The PET reinforcing film limits and tightens the foam core to prevent the foam core from deformation or fracture. As the outer surface of the foam core is wholly covered by the reinforcing film, and the reinforcing film limits and tightens the foam core, the foam bearing pallet will have higher strength.
Plastic pallet with support blocks having pockets for pin wheeling and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks coupled between corners of the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each corner support block includes a pair of exposed side surfaces aligned with a respective corner, with each exposed side surface having a pocket formed therein for receiving an end of the lifting member so as to allow the pallet to be spun around.
BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment mounted on the pallet, a material unloading assembly, and a material loading assembly.
PALETTE, BOX, GEAR AND RESIN SHAPED BODY-MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a palette, etc. on which an article is placed, including: a foamed synthetic resin-base material; and a polyurea-resin coating layer covering a front surface of the base material; and manufactured by a method including: injecting a polyurea-resin coating material onto a front surface of a foamed synthetic resin-base material; and drying the coating material after the injecting. The injecting may have injecting the coating material onto all surfaces of the base material. A thickness of the coating material formed on a front surface of the base material in the injecting may be controlled proportionally to an expansion ratio of the foamed synthetic resin. The thickness of the coating material may be controlled by adjusting a speed of conveyance of the base material and/or a distance between an injection port for the coating material and the base material. Heating-pressing the base material may further be included before the injecting.
RECONFIGURABLE PALLET WITH INTEGRATED STORAGE COMPARTMENT
A reconfigurable pallet includes outer panels, a plurality of longitudinal members, a frame, and a compartment disposed within the reconfigurable pallet. The compartment is configured to store components that may be used to disassemble and reassemble the reconfigurable pallet for a different use, purpose or function, including as sporting equipment.
Plastic pallet with centerline markings and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks and spaced apart intermediate support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Centerline markings are carried by at least one of the top deck, the bottom deck, and the corner and intermediate support blocks so as to provide a visual aid to an operator of the lifting member.
STACKABLE PALLET SYSTEM
A pallet stacking system for storing and transporting a load is disclosed. The pallet system may be utilized to store and transport a single level or two or more levels of drums. The pallet stacking system may include a base pallet and, in some embodiments, may further include one or more dividers that interpose and permit stacking of the load levels. The base pallet includes a top side having one or more recesses formed therein that receive a load such as a barrel such that the load is nested within the base pallet, as well as a bottom side with one or more elongated base legs that define gaps that may receive the forks of a forklift. The divider may include a top surface having a recess for receiving an upper level load therein such that the upper level load is nested within the divider, as well as a bottom surface having a bulge that is nested within a top of the lower level load.
