Part-Gripping Carrier
A part-gripping carrier is an apparatus that carries a particular automobile part through several progressions of the manufacturing process. In addition to carrying the automobile part through the manufacturing process, the part-gripping carrier can then be used to ship the part, thus reducing the risk of accidentally damaging the part through the manufacturing process and the shipping. The part-gripping carrier includes a base panel, a first lateral-bracing portion, a second lateral-bracing portion, a first tapered panel, and a second tapered panel. The base panel acts as a support surface for a particular automobile part. The first lateral-bracing portion and the second lateral-bracing portion act as gripping elements to maintain the particular automobile part inside of the present invention. The first tapered panel and the second tapered panel provide cushion distance which protect the ends of the particular automobile part when inside of the present invention.
FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
The invention generally relates to devices used for material handling, such as specifically, pallets and skids. More specifically, the present invention is directed toward a folded corrugated pallet. The folded corrugated pallet includes a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines. The sheet further includes at least one base wall extending between each of the legs, and a pair of wings. Each of the wings defines terminal edges that extend parallel to the scored lines and lie adjacent to each other when the wings are folded over the base wall. A planar interior panel of corrugated cardboard is disposed between the wings and the base wall.
LIGHT WEIGHT FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
The invention generally relates to devices used for material handling, such as specifically, pallets and skids. More specifically, the present invention is directed toward a folded corrugated pallet including a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines and at least one base wall extending between each of the legs. A pair of wings extends parallel to the scored lines and away from each other when folded parallel to the base wall. A planar top panel is disposed on top of the wings and the base wall. The planar top panel and the wings cooperate to define terminal edges of the pallet that extend in cantilevered fashion adjacent one of the legs.
HEAVY DUTY FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
CORRUGATED PALLET
A corrugated pallet produced from two flat blanks is provided. The pallet may include a pallet top, a pallet bottom, and a plurality of corner straps locking the pallet top to the pallet bottom. Each of the pallet top and the pallet bottom may include folded portions, the folded portions of the pallet top interlocking with the folded portions of the pallet bottom when the pallet top and the pallet bottom are assembled to each other in nested relation. The pallet top may define a top surface of the pallet. The pallet bottom may define a bottom surface of the pallet. The corner straps may lock into one or both of the pallet top and the pallet bottom from the top or bottom surfaces of the pallet.
TRANSPORT PALLET, MODULE AND FOLDING SHEETS FOR SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TRANSPORT PALLET
A transport pallet includes a base body. The base body includes an upper surface, a lower surface and feet. The base body includes a composite which exclusively has multiple modules that are similar to one another and connecting means, by means of which the modules are connected to one another. Each module includes a folding sheet and a fixing means and provides a respective segment of the upper surface of the base body. The base body has exactly four modules, where each module has exactly four feet arranged spaced apart from one another, where each of which has foot lateral surfaces around a respective hollow space, and where each side has a respective lateral surface which is formed from the foot lateral surfaces of two respective feet, where the foot lateral surfaces, which form opposing lateral surfaces of modules connected to one another, rest flat against one another. In addition, the invention relates to the module, a folding sheet for producing the module and a method for producing the transport pallet.
PALLET STACKER
A molded plastic stacking device is placed between stacked containers of the type having a pallet bottom supporting a container body or sleeve. The device fits onto the top of one container and provides receptacles that receive and stabilize the legs of an upper pallet that is part of another container.
PALLET MADE OF CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD
The subject of the invention is a pallet made of corrugated paperboard, which has a high load carrying capacity and which ensures the stable, damage free and safe storage and transport of goods placed on the surface of the pallet.
The pallet according to the invention is characterized by that, that the pallet (1) consists of two fixing surfaces (11) produced from rectangular base plate (14) with the help of scoring (10) and made by means of folding and having two lifting holes (9), and supporting cover (2) containing legs (7, 17) having intrinsic lifting holes (9) and bracing space (8), the fixing surface of the supporting cover (2) is fixed to bracing plate (4), which is fixed to the lower surface of the loading surface (12) of the pallet (1), and to the bottom of the bracing plate (4) the middle supporting cover (3) is fixed, which is formed by means of folding from rectangular middle base plate (15) created with scorings (10) and two lifting holes, containing the supporting legs (7,17) which include the two fixing surfaces (11), lifting holes (9) and bracing space (8), along the entire length (L) of its two fixing surfaces (11) and the bracing space (8) of the supporting legs (7, 17), in its upper part completely filled beams (5) are fixed, and cylinders (6) are fixed in a space filleting manner below the completely filled beams (5) in the bracing space (8) of the supporting legs (7, 17).
Platforms made of paper materials
A novel platform made of paper materials for the storage, stacking, handling and transportation of goods comprises a top deck comprising a plurality of top deck boards (20a-20e) and a plurality of support beam assemblies (30). The plurality of top deck boards (20a-20e) are attached at regular intervals and perpendicular to the plurality of support beam assemblies (30). In the platform, the top deck boards (20a-20e) and the support beam assemblies (30) are both constructed solely from a combination of a plurality of longitudinal elements having a L-shaped cross-section.
