Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
PALLET-FREE BULK BIN CONTAINER
A pallet-free bulk bin container comprises an open-ended bulk bin having a frame base at one end. A pair of channel inserts is configured to be engaged with the frame base to form pallet runners. A pair of center-filler supports is configured to enclose one end of the open-ended bulk bin. The bulk bin container may be shipped in a collapsed or knocked-down state and easily assembled into a larger container for use and being disassembled for re-use.
PACKAGING MEMBER
A packaging member includes a packaging box and an intermediate buffering member. The intermediate buffering member is provided in a space formed between a bottom plate and a side plate of the packaging box and a main body part of the article. The intermediate buffering member has a vertical direction supporting part and a positioning part. The vertical direction supporting part abuts against a lower face of the main body part and the bottom plate. The positioning part is coupled with the vertical direction supporting part. The positioning part prevents the vertical direction supporting part from being moved toward the side plate. The vertical direction supporting part has an inclined part extending from the lower face of the main body part in an oblique lower direction toward near a lower corner between the bottom plate and the side plate and abutting against the bottom plate.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE TRANSPORT AND HOLDING OF BUILDING MATERIALS
The present disclosure is directed to the transport of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items during transport to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items on one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces.
Sustainable rack and display system
A pallet comprising: (a) a base tray having one or more walls extending upward from the tray to create a perimeter around a central portion of the base tray; (b) an insert disposed on the central portion of the tray within the perimeter of the base tray, the insert being recessed from a terminal edge of the one or more walls; (c) a post secured within the perimeter of the tray and extend away from the base tray; and (d) a support assembly secured to the insert and positioned along the central portion of the base tray free of contact with the one or more walls, wherein the support includes a pair of support panels that are interconnected and secured to the insert free of an adhesive.
Paper-core-based pallet and method for constructing the same
A pallet includes a plurality of supports which define a base of a pallet and a plurality of deck rings that are interlocked with the plurality of supports and define a surface of the pallet on which goods in need of transport can be stacked, wherein each support and each deck ring of the pallet is a paper core or a section of a paper core. The supports of the pallet are spaced as to define a base of the pallet and one or more channels for receiving a fork of a lifting device. The supports of the pallet also support the deck rings of the pallet in an elevated position above a ground surface when the supports of the pallet are resting on the ground surface. A method for constructing a pallet is also disclosed.
Corrugated pallet shipping method
A shipping method includes the steps of receiving stacks of flat die cut corrugated paperboard blanks from a corrugator or sheet plant; loading the stacks of blanks into a pallet assembly machine; folding the blanks together in the assembly machine to produce a corrugated paperboard pallet; and providing the pallets for shipping items to a receiver. The assembly machine folds the blanks using intermittent motion of the blanks through multiple folding sections in the assembly machine. The sections operate by positioning, clamping and folding the blanks using levers that are supported by rotary bearings and driven by pinned end mounted pneumatic cylinders. The assembly machine overcomes misalignment and shifting of the stacks of blanks by picking up single blanks from the top of the stacks using vacuum, and adjusting alignment of the blanks after being picked up but prior to being fed into the first folding section of the assembly machine.
PLUG CONNECTION ELEMENT AND TRANSPORTATION BOX HAVING PLUG CONNECTION ELEMENTS
The invention relates to a plug connection element for releasable connecting two adjacent wall elements of a transportation box, having a first U-shaped receptacle for an edge region of the first wall element, which is formed from a first base plate and an inner leg angled to the latter and an adjoined angled outer leg, and a second U-shaped receptacle for an edge region of the second wall element, which is formed from a second base plate and an inner leg angled to the latter and an adjoined angled outer leg, wherein the first and second U-shaped receptacle are identically aligned, wherein the first and second receptacle are connected to each other by means of a bending joint, so that the U-shaped receptacles is adjustable in terms of their angular position to each other.
Panel structure with scored and folded facing
A panel structure having a low-density core that can withstanding loads normal to a first primary surface, and a first facing of high-density sheet material that can extend along the first primary surface. The high-density sheet material can be laminated on the core such that the laminated core and facing cooperatively resist bending loads and loads along the primary surface. The first facing can extend from the first primary surface on a side of the core along a secondary surface, which can be non-parallel to the first primary surface. The first facing can bend along a score line between the first primary surface and the secondary surface.
Corrugated pallet
A corrugated paperboard pallet is produced from two flat blanks which comprise a pallet top and a pallet bottom. The two blanks are each folded to produce only two parallel vertically extending double thickness ribs, three horizontal panels, two vertical side walls and two horizontal flaps. The ribs of the pallet top and pallet bottom lock each other from opening in the center of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches in the ribs. The horizontal flaps lock the ribs from opening at the edges of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches, and the vertical sidewalls include vertical flaps that open inward defining fork passages whereby the vertical flaps lock said horizontal flaps from opening.
