A pallet includes a base layer and a cargo layer. The cargo layer includes a pair of spaced apart end deck boards, and intermediate deck boards between the pair of spaced apart end deck boards. Each end deck board and an immediately adjacent intermediate deck board are butted against one another. Spaced apart supports are coupled between the base and cargo layers and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member.

In at least one embodiment, an apparatus for securing boxes on a pallet may a L-shaped structural member sized to run a length or a width of a pallet, the L-shaped structural member having a top side and a bottom side. The L-shaped structural member allows for securing a load on the pallet. The L-shaped structural member also provides additional surface area for plastic wrap to secure a load.

A securing apparatus configured to assist in securing objects to a pallet during packaging and shipping includes a main body having first and second wall portions spaced from one another to define a channel, and a hook extending from the main body via a neck portion. At least one of the first and second wall portions includes an anchor for engaging and being embedded in a pallet. A fastener may be received through an aperture of the main body to releasably attach the securing apparatus to a pallet, and the anchor may be at least partially embedded in the pallet. So configured, a filament may be looped about the hook to assist in securing objects to the pallet in a first securing configuration, and another filament may be received in the channel to assist in securing objects to the pallet in a second securing configuration.

The present invention relates to a folding container (100) that comprises a base (102) further comprising a floor (112). At least two side panels (104, 104′) are mechanically attached to the base. A rear panel (106) comprises rear hinges (118) attached thereto that are pivotably connected to the base (102) and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the floor and a vertically deployed position. A hinge block (119) is attached to the base (102). A front panel (108) comprising a front door (109), and further comprising front hinges (122) is pivotably connected to the hinge block (119), and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the front panel (108) and a vertically deployed position.

A pallet reassembly system includes at least one block installation mechanism configured to install a block within a partially assembled pallet, at least one board installation mechanism configured to install a board within the partially assembled pallet, and at least one transport assembly for transporting the partially assembled pallet to each of the at least one block installation mechanisms and each of the at least one board installation mechanisms. The transport assemblies are arranged into a loop including at least two perpendicular arranged legs.

A system and technique has been developed to print graphics on a pallet. In one form, the graphics are printed on one of the decks of the pallet. The graphics in one variation are printed on a deck that is in the form of a flat, contiguous surface via a flatbed printer. The flatbed printer has a printer head that forms a gap that is able to accommodate the deck of the pallet. After printing, the deck is assembled with the rest of the pallet. The graphics can include text and images. In one form, the graphics include a packing template that shows how at least one packing layer should be packed on the pallet.

The present invention describes a pallet for cargo with a frame support and interchangeable cover that can have removable covers, which is easy to change, said cover can be of varied shapes and designs, for example, inclined crossbars, with circular reliefs to place buckets and that these do not move, with reliefs in the shape of parallelograms, to place boxes of various sizes and/or the combination of the above; Another characteristic of the pallet that is the reason for the present invention is that the upper deck can have a non-slip material to increase its coefficient of friction, making it possible to ensure that the material that is placed on the pallet for load with frame support and interchangeable cover, does not move during the transfer.

A flowering plant growing system utilizes a flowering plant growth assembly that enables the limbs of a flowering plant to be retained and supported along a bud platform to spread the growth out in a planar configuration. This type of growth arrangement may stimulate the plant to produce buds that are distributed across the bud platform and may grow up from the bud platform toward a cover. The height of the bud platform and cover may be adjustable as they are secured to vertical supports by retainers.

A pallet assembly includes a top plate and a runner having four side surfaces. The pallet assembly includes a pallet integrated module mounted to the pallet assembly and configured to collect journey data for transmission to a cloud. The pallet assembly includes a load-force plate disposed between the top plate and the runner. The load-force plate is configured to increase load bearing capacity of the top plate while adding strength to the pallet assembly. An antenna for the pallet integrated module is integrated with the load-force plate. The pallet assembly includes multiple load blocks disposed between the load-force plate and the runner. The load blocks are symmetrically positioned such that a forklift can enter from any of the four side surfaces of the runner. The runner is disposed under the load blocks. The pallet assembly includes a coating material that protects shipment of products that require sanitary conditions.

A nail plater apparatus includes at least one nail plate magazine configured to hold a plurality of nail plates, and at least one nail plate extractor assembly associated with the at least one nail plate magazine and configured to position at least one nail plate therefrom to at least one nail plate pressing area. A board feeder is configured to position a board to a board receiving area. At least one nail plate presser assembly is adjacent the board receiving area and aligned with the at least one nail plate pressing area and configured to press the at least one nail plate into the board.
