PALLET ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS THEREOF UTILIZING RECYCLED MATERIALS
Aspects of a recyclable color blend polymer pallet assembly are disclosed including two engagement stringers having a plurality of perpendicular stringers therebetween and engaged, end to end, to each engagement stringer, and one or more inert support surfaces supported thereby. The one or more support surfaces are a plurality of top slats supported and held directly by the frame comprising the stringers and the engagement stringers. The top slats include a structure that is complementary to a feature defined by the frame and that allows the top slats to mate with and be held by the frame. The pallet assembly demands fasteners for assembling the frame and top slats. In another aspect, the stringers and the engagement stringers each comprise one or more target inserts for reinforcing the frame of the pallet assembly.

MAINTAINABLE PALLET
In one embodiment, a maintainable pallet is provided with interchangeable support structures and sensors for identifying any damage that the interchangeable support structures may experience. The maintainable pallet may include two side supports, two end supports coupled to the two side supports end-to-end to form a rectangle, a central support position between the two side supports, a plurality of top transverse support fastened onto the two side supports to form a top loading surface and the central support with two-part releasable fasteners, and two bottom transverse supports fastened to the ends of the two side supports to form a bottom surface with two-part releasable fasteners. Sensors, in some embodiments, may be embedded in the two side supports to measure, for example, acceleration, location, or other logistic information. When a damaged piece is identified, the maintainable pallet can be disassembled by unfastening the two-part releasable fasteners to remove the damaged piece; and a new interchangeable piece will replace the damaged piece.
PALLET ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS THEREOF UTILIZING RECYCLED MATERIALS
A pallet assembly is disclosed, comprising extruded or pultruded lineal components with a composition including various recycled plastics, polymers, and metals. The assembly includes a lineal engagement stringer, a lineal stringer with a top wall and internal screw boss, and a lineal slat with a leg designed to fit into slots on the top wall of the lineal stringer. The components are made from materials such as low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, or rolled metals or alloys, providing a durable and versatile pallet solution for various applications.
Transport structure and method
A 3D Z-axis fiber composite pallet, comprising a Z-axis reinforced sandwich panel including a bottom surface with a plurality of bolted-on and/or structurally bonded blocks that accommodate forks of a forklift there between, and a tough coating applied to surfaces of the 3D Z-axis fiber composite pallet.
REUSABLE MODULAR CONTAINMENT DEVICE FOR PROTECTING CARGO DURING SHIPMENT
A robust, reusable, and modular shipping container for protecting large, fragile, odd-shaped, or high-value cargo from damage during shipment. Such cargo may include telecommunications cabinets, appliances, and furniture. The shipping container minimizes the possibility of shipping damage due to improper handling, tip-overs, lateral collisions, or vibration. Such a shipping container may include a pallet base, a lower frame section, an upper frame section, and a top cover, the assembly of the pallet base, lower frame section, upper frame section, and top cover defining a protective outer cage having an interior in which the cargo is disposed.
Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
MODULAR PALLETS
A modular pallet formed from a plurality of frame members and a plurality of deck members. The deck members extend between the frame members to define an upper deck surface and optionally a lower deck surface of the pallet. A plurality of spaced-apart channels are formed in at least an upper surface of the frame members to receive the deck members. In some embodiments the pallet may be configured as a stringer pallet and in other embodiments the pallet may be configured as a block pallet. In some embodiments the frame members are unitary stringers. In other embodiments the frame members are modular structures each comprising a block pallet subassembly and a deck support panel. The number, size, orientation and spacing of the channels formed in the frame members and the corresponding arrangement of the deck members may vary in different embodiments of the pallet. Once assembled, the frame members and deck members may be integrally connected, such as by heat welding. In some embodiments the pallet is formed from readily recyclable plastic.

PRESSED WOOD PALLET FOR THE SUPPORT OF MANUFACTURED ARTICLES
A pallet that includes at least one main body made of a mixture of loose wooden material and adhesive materials, made in a single body piece and provided with a holding base intended to receive and support one or more manufactured articles. The pallet includes one upper face defining at least one containment seat open at the top, bounded by an upper edge and having a bottom wall; and one lower face opposite the upper face; where the containment seat has at least one abutment surface positioned between the upper edge and the bottom wall so as to define a housing seat of an overlying pallet and the lower face includes at least one contact surface adapted to contact the abutment surface of an underlying pallet, where, in a stacking configuration, the lower face remains lifted with respect to the bottom wall of the underlying pallet.
