Wedge dissectors for a medical balloon
A cage can be positioned around a medical balloon, such as an angioplasty balloon, to assist in a medical procedure. The cage can include a plurality of strips, each extending between a set of rings including first and second rings. As the balloon expands, the first and second rings move closer together and allow the strips to expand outward. The cage may have wedge dissectors on the strips.
Container Having Multiple Layers of Dunnage, At Least One Layer Having At Least One Lockable Crossbar Assembly
A container for holding product therein during shipment and for reuse has multiple levels of tracks supported by each side of the container. At least one of the tracks on each side may be linear, generally U-shaped and/or L-shaped. Dunnage supports and at least one lockable crossbar assembly travel along corresponding tracks at the same level. At least one lockable crossbar assembly has locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks. Dunnage hangs from at least some of the dunnage supports for supporting products.
Container Having At Least One Lockable Crossbar Assembly Movable Along Tracks
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has at least one track supported by each side of the container. The container has dunnage supports extending between corresponding tracks at the same level. At least one lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks. Dunnage may hang from the dunnage supports for supporting products during storage or shipment.
Lightweight and rigid pallet
The present disclosure includes a shipping pallet including an upper deck, a lower deck, and a plurality of pillars. The upper deck includes an upper exterior surface and an upper interior surface. The lower deck defines a lower exterior surface and a lower interior surface. The pillars are connected between the upper deck and the lower and the combination of the pillars, the upper deck, and the lower deck defines a space frame structure. Various components, such as the pillars, upper deck, and lower deck may be webbed-formed structures for enhanced rigidity.
Container having at least one lockable crossbar assembly movable along tracks
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has at least one track supported by each side of the container. The container has at least one lockable crossbar assembly extending between opposed tracks. Each lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks.
ASSEMBLED AND COMBINED PALLET
Assembled and combined pallet constitutes of supporting beams and skids wherein: the supporting beams are made of the hollow metal section bar and the supporting beams are equipped with the grooves along its length direction on the top; the skids are set with inserting blocks at the bottom in relation to the grooves on the top of the supporting beams and inserting blocks are inserted into the grooves along the length direction of the grooves; the supporting beam is set with a locating lever in relation to the inserting block of each skid, and the inserting block of each skid is set with a locking hole in relation to the locating lever and the locating level passes through the corresponding locking hole of the inserting block to lock the skid. The skid connection and supporting beam is reliable and the disassembly and assembly during the use is convenient and fast.
Metal pallet with assemblable components
An assemblable metal pallet having two plinths each provided with a cut-out and with a loading platform and a plurality of components obtained from a single piece of a basic metal profile having a symmetrical shape about the longitudinal central plane and provided with a longitudinal rib of rectangular cross-section and constant height extending from one and the same part with respect to a base plane, and with two outer lateral webs having their edge bent inwards and at least partly coplanar with the top of the rib, the components including a first component composed of a piece of basic profile bent to a C-shape with the aperture facing upwards, a second component composed of a piece of the same basic profile bent to an inverted U-shape, a further component formed from a piece of the same basic profile and constituting a crosspiece for connecting together the plinths.
Multiple seat shipping container
Disclosed is a multiple seat shipping container (100) that includes a bottom base structure (101) configured to attach one or more first seats (120), a forward wall (103) with a lower portion (103a) pivotally attached to a forward side of the bottom base structure, a top wall (104) pivotally attached to an upper portion (103b) of the forward wall, the top wall configured to attach one or more second seats (121), and a rear wall (105) attached to a rear side of the bottom base structure. The multiple seat shipping container is configured to fold into a box shape configuration such that the one or more second seats are suspended from the top wall adjacent to the one or more first seats.
Assembly type pallet
An assembly type pallet, includes a plurality of plates having a secure hole on a plate surface, and disposed side by side to each another; a plurality of support frames disposed in a direction intersecting the plates, an inside of the support frame being provided with an inner space along a longitudinal direction, an upper surface of the support frame being provided with a seating surface against which a lower surface of the plates is supported, and the seating surface being provided with an insertion hole communicating with the inner space; a first secure member disposed on the lower surface of the plates and that is provided with an insertion unit which is inserted into the insertion hole of the support frame; and a second secure member inserted into the inner space of the support frame.
PALLET WITH PRINTED IMAGES
A system and technique has been developed to print graphics on a pallet. In one form, the graphics are printed on one of the decks of the pallet. The graphics in one variation are printed on a deck that is in the form of a flat, contiguous surface via a flatbed printer. The flatbed printer has a printer head that forms a gap that is able to accommodate the deck of the pallet. After printing, the deck is assembled with the rest of the pallet. The graphics can include text and images. In one form, the graphics include a packing template that shows how at least one packing layer should be packed on the pallet.
