The cage can include a plurality of strips, each extending between a set of rings including first and second rings. As the balloon expands, the first and second rings move closer together and allow the strips to expand outward. The cage may have wedge dissectors on the strips.
Container having multiple layers of dunnage, at least one layer having at least one lockable crossbar assembly
A container for holding product therein during shipment and for reuse has multiple levels of tracks supported by each side of the container. At least one of the tracks on each side may be linear, generally U-shaped and/or L-shaped. Dunnage supports and at least one lockable crossbar assembly travel along corresponding tracks at the same level. At least one lockable crossbar assembly has locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks. Dunnage hangs from at least some of the dunnage supports for supporting products.
Container having at least one lockable crossbar assembly movable along tracks
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has at least one track supported by each side of the container. The container has dunnage supports extending between corresponding tracks at the same level. At least one lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks. Dunnage may hang from the dunnage supports for supporting products during storage or shipment.
WOODEN PALLET WITH END DECK BOARDS AND BUTTED SPACERS
A pallet includes a base layer and a cargo layer. The cargo layer includes a pair of spaced apart end deck boards, and intermediate deck boards between the pair of spaced apart end deck boards. Spacers are between the end deck boards and the intermediate deck boards. The spacers are positioned so that they butt up against the end deck boards to increase pallet durability. The spacers include block spacers, L-shaped metal brackets and U-shaped metal brackets. Spaced apart supports are coupled between the base and cargo layers and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member.
WOODEN PALLET WITH BUTTED DECK BOARDS AND METAL BRACKET SUPPORTS
A pallet includes a base layer and a cargo layer. The cargo layer includes a pair of spaced apart end deck boards, and intermediate deck boards between the pair of spaced apart end deck boards. Each end deck board and an immediately adjacent intermediate deck board are butted against one another. Spaced apart supports are coupled between the base and cargo layers and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member.
Crating arrangement
A crating arrangement has a pallet, a sleeve, a top board, and a plurality of fastening belts. The pallet has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and has a bottom board, a support board arranged opposite the bottom board across a predetermined distance, and a plurality of beams fixed to the support board and the bottom board. The sleeve is made of a cardboard sheet in a cornered-column shape, and is placed over the pallet to wrap a side surface of a crated object placed on the support board. The top board has a rectangular shape, and is placed on a top end part of the sleeve. With the fastening belts, the pallet and the crated object are fastened together and the pallet, the sleeve, and the top board are fastened together.
Cargo Unit
Described herein are units for transportation of cargo, and methods of using them. In some embodiments, the units are collapsible, stackable cargo units. In some embodiments, the cargo units include a generally rectangular base having a front, a rear and two sides, with forklift slots on its front, rear and each side. The cargo units may further include front and rear walls extending upward from the base. The cargo units may further include first and second side walls extending upward from the base between the front and rear walls. The first side wall may have a length greater than the second side wall. The cargo units may further include an integrated lid hingedly attached to one or more of the front, rear, and side walls.
Adjustable pallet
Adjustable pallets are provided which include a deck to support a product for shipping. The deck is selectively positionable in a raised position, as a horizontal support surface for the product, and in a lowered position, closer, at least in part, to a floor to facilitate loading the product on or unloading the product from the pallet. Further, the adjustable pallet includes a movable support, the movable support includes an inclined plane. The deck rests on the movable support in the raised position, and the deck traverses, at least in part, the inclined plane of the movable support when the deck is transitioned between the raised position and the lowered position.
Pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass
The present invention relates to a pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass, and particularly, to a pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass according to the present invention includes: a pallet on which a car glass is loaded; and legs including front legs which are spaced apart from each other, disposed at left and right front sides of the pallet, and installed to be foldable in a front-rear direction, and rear legs which are spaced apart from the front legs, installed to be foldable in the front-rear direction, and disposed at a rear side of the pallet so that the car glass is leaned on the rear legs, wherein a lateral width between the front legs is greater than that between the rear legs, when the front legs and the rear legs are folded, the front legs and the rear legs are located at mutual side portions thereof, and efficiency of car glass transportation is high and cost is decreased due to the above configuration.
