Packaging container, packaging method, and metal foil transport method
Provided are a packaging container, a packaging method, and a method for carrying metal foil, which can suppress damage and deformation of the packaging container and enable stable carrying even if the packaging container is carried while suspending it in the midair. A packaging container made of corrugated cardboard includes: a pallet 2 having leg portions 21; a body frame 3 arranged on the pallet 2, the body frame 3 having bearing grooves 31 at end wall portions 32 opposing to each other; and a lid portion 4 provided on the body frame 3, wherein each of the leg portions 21 is arranged on an inner side than each of the end wall portions 23 of the pallet 2.
REINFORCED GAYLORD CONTAINER
A reinforced Gaylord container is provided storage and transport, including stacked storage on a pallet. A core is provided for supporting a majority of a vertical load on the container, instead of such load being delivered to sidewalls. A positioning insert is provided for positioning the core within the container. A plurality of such containers may be placed on respective pallets and stacked.
PACKAGING BODY
A packaging body includes a base on which a packaging target is placed, a box including first flaps and second flaps, and a binding body configured to bind the base and the box and disposed between the first flaps and the second flaps. The box has a rectangular shape and an upper opening portion and configured to cover a top face and side faces of the packaging target. The first flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and including an opening through which an included object is inserted. The second flaps are disposed in pairs opposing to each other extending from different opposite scorelines of the upper opening portion and configured to be folded over the first flaps when the first flaps are folded. The first flaps further include partial flap portions.
FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
The invention generally relates to devices used for material handling, such as specifically, pallets and skids. More specifically, the present invention is directed toward a folded corrugated pallet. The folded corrugated pallet includes a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines. The sheet further includes at least one base wall extending between each of the legs, and a pair of wings. Each of the wings defines terminal edges that extend parallel to the scored lines and lie adjacent to each other when the wings are folded over the base wall. A planar interior panel of corrugated cardboard is disposed between the wings and the base wall.
LIGHT WEIGHT FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
The invention generally relates to devices used for material handling, such as specifically, pallets and skids. More specifically, the present invention is directed toward a folded corrugated pallet including a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines and at least one base wall extending between each of the legs. A pair of wings extends parallel to the scored lines and away from each other when folded parallel to the base wall. A planar top panel is disposed on top of the wings and the base wall. The planar top panel and the wings cooperate to define terminal edges of the pallet that extend in cantilevered fashion adjacent one of the legs.
HEAVY DUTY FOLDED CORRUGATED PALLET
PALLET MADE OF CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD
The subject of the invention is a pallet made of corrugated paperboard, which has a high load carrying capacity and which ensures the stable, damage free and safe storage and transport of goods placed on the surface of the pallet.
The pallet according to the invention is characterized by that, that the pallet (1) consists of two fixing surfaces (11) produced from rectangular base plate (14) with the help of scoring (10) and made by means of folding and having two lifting holes (9), and supporting cover (2) containing legs (7, 17) having intrinsic lifting holes (9) and bracing space (8), the fixing surface of the supporting cover (2) is fixed to bracing plate (4), which is fixed to the lower surface of the loading surface (12) of the pallet (1), and to the bottom of the bracing plate (4) the middle supporting cover (3) is fixed, which is formed by means of folding from rectangular middle base plate (15) created with scorings (10) and two lifting holes, containing the supporting legs (7,17) which include the two fixing surfaces (11), lifting holes (9) and bracing space (8), along the entire length (L) of its two fixing surfaces (11) and the bracing space (8) of the supporting legs (7, 17), in its upper part completely filled beams (5) are fixed, and cylinders (6) are fixed in a space filleting manner below the completely filled beams (5) in the bracing space (8) of the supporting legs (7, 17).
Pallet construction line and assembly
An assembly and associated method for constructing a three dimensional article, such as a pallet, including a first station for feeding a sheet material in blank form, a second a second station for receiving and incising the blank, a third station for receiving the incised blank and which successively creases and folds the blank into an assembled article, and a fourth operator station for controlling each of said first, second and third stations. Also disclosed is a conveyor for removing the assembled article from the third station and transferring to a plastic coating operation.
ASSEMBLY LINE FOR CREATING A RECYCLABLE AND EXTRUDABLE PALLET ARTICLE WITH WOOD AND PLASTIC COMPONENTS
A manufacturing assembly line for producing an article including a first spray coating station for applying a plastic spray coating to an existing wooden pallet, a second grinding or pulverizing station for reducing the coated article into finely ground particles of a uniform dimension, and a third heating station for converting the mixture into a molten or flowable state. The assembly line further includes a fourth extruder station for forcing the mixture at pressure through an extruder die aperture of a selected cross sectional configured extruder, and so that the mixture is reformed as an elongated article and a fifth cutting station for sectioning the extruded article into selected lengths for subsequent attachment or securernent into a desired configuration.
Method for assembling a foldably constructed pallet
