12043444 · 2024-07-23 · ·

A hygienic pallet suitable for use in food manufacturing is formed of a food-grade material. The pallet comprises a load supporting surface extending between pallet edges. The pallet also comprises support lips that extend upward and away from the load supporting surface and in a direction away from a pallet edge. At least two support lips can be separated to form a channel between chamfered edges of the support lips. The support lips support molds or other objects on the load supporting surface during movement of the pallet, while the channels facilitate removal of debris and liquid during use or cleaning of the pallet. The pallet further comprises a section divider that divides stacking sections of the load supporting surface. Stackable molds for food manufacturing can be placed within the stacking areas to transport the mold stacks.

PALLET WITH IMPACT RESISTANT AND STRENGTHENED COMPOSITE LEGS

A pallet includes a deck and one or more leg-plank bridges that extend from the deck. The leg-plank bridges include one or more legs and a plank that extends between the legs. The legs and plank are integrally formed together and attached to the deck. The legs have one or more internal walls that define one or more cavities. Concrete fills the cavities of the legs located on a lead end of the pallet. The remaining cavities in the legs are filled with foam. The cavities in one version are wedge shaped. Other legs of the deck are filled entirely with foam.

STACKABLE FRACTIONAL PLASTIC PALLET

A pallet includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with the product support surface including a pair of pallet support leg receiving areas. A pair of pallet support legs is on the underside of the top deck and aligned with the pallet support leg receiving areas. Each pallet support leg including a center leg section having a first end adjacent the underside of the top deck and a second end opposite the first end, and a pair of leg extensions extending outwards from the second end of the center leg section. An underside of the center leg section and the pair of leg extensions are configured to engage one of the pallet support leg receiving areas of an identical pallet when stacked thereon.

RECONFIGURABLE PALLET/DOLLY PLATFORM

A reconfigurable pallet/dolly platform includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside. The underside includes pallet support leg attachment areas for receiving pallet support legs when configured as a pallet, and dolly wheel attachment areas for receiving dolly wheels when configured as a dolly. The product support surface includes pallet support leg receiving areas aligned with the pallet support leg attachment areas and configured to engage the pallet support legs from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a pallet. The product support surface also includes dolly wheel receiving areas aligned with the dolly wheel wells and configured to engage the dolly wheels from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a dolly.

Container Made of Plastic

The invention relates to a container (1) made of plastic, comprising a rectangular base (2) and four lateral walls (3, 4). The lower face of the base (2) has a first stacking contour (20) on the outer edge of the base, and the lateral walls (3, 4) have a second stacking contour (30, 40) on the upper edge region of the lateral walls. When containers (1) are stacked one over the other, the first stacking contour (20) of an upper container (1) and the second stacking contour (30, 40) of a lower container (1) engage with each other in a centering manner. The upper edge region of at least two opposing lateral walls (3, 4) is reinforced by at least one respective profiled reinforcement section (5) attached to the remaining lateral wall (3, 4) in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner, and the profiled reinforcement section (5) or each profiled reinforcement section has at least one profiled section web (50) on the section upper face facing away from the container (1), said profiled section web running in the longitudinal direction of the profiled reinforcement section (5) and forming a sliding path (11) for another container (1) to be placed thereon.

Adjustable pallet

A pallet for transporting a plurality of differently shaped parts is disclosed. The pallet including a rectangular base having a planar top surface, the top surface having a plurality of holes arranged thereon in a round staggered configuration, a bottom support connected to the underside of the rectangular base, each ski located along the underside of an edge of the rectangular bed, four rectangular pillars located at the four corners of the rectangular base and extending upwardly.

PLASTIC PALLET WITH SUPPORT BLOCKS HAVING INNER AND OUTER BLOCKS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS

A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an outer block having an open top surface exposing an inner block receiving area therein, and an inner block inserted into the inner block receiving area of the outer block.

PLASTIC PALLET WITH SUPPORT BLOCKS HAVING UPPER TOWERS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS

A pallet includes a top deck having upper tower openings therein, and a bottom deck. Spaced apart support blocks are coupled between the top and bottom decks so as to form a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each support block includes an outer wall enclosing a center area, a core structure within the center area, and an upper tower extending outwards from the core structure and into a corresponding upper tower opening in the top deck. This is to provide a shear load transfer during impact with the lifting member. First ribs are within an interior area of the upper tower.

PLASTIC PALLET WITH SUPPORT BLOCKS HAVING POCKETS FOR PIN WHEELING AND ASSOCIATED METHODS

A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck and spaced apart corner support blocks coupled between corners of the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each corner support block includes a single column aligned with one of the corners of the top and bottom decks, a lower ledge extending from a bottom end of the single column and defining a lower perimeter of the corner support block, and an upper ledge extending from a top end of the single column and defining an upper perimeter of the corner support block. Exposed side surfaces extend between the upper and lower ledges. The exposed side surfaces are recessed from the defined lower and upper perimeters of the corner support block so as to form a pocket for receiving an end of the lifting member to allow the pallet to be spun around.

Protecting pallet blocks

The present invention provides a block protector assembly including a protector contoured to conform to a block of pallet where the pallet includes a plurality of blocks, and an attachment mechanism coupled to the protector, where the attachment mechanism is configured to secure the protector to the block of the pallet, where the protector includes a rigid material. The present invention also provides a method including determining a contour of a block of a pallet, fabricating a protector to follow the contour of the block, and securing the protector to the block. In addition, the present invention provides a protector configured to prevent damage to a block of a pallet, where the protector includes a first side contoured to a first side of the block, a second side contoured to a second side of the block, and a third side contoured to a third side of the block.
