A system, method, and device for shipping, transporting, storing, and managing logistics of a variety of cargo. A crate is disclosed that allows for easy and inexpensive return shipment (reverse logistics) after use through a collapsible, interlocking system of a pallet base, foldable side wall assemblies, and a lid that can be removably connected to one another. The crate can utilize guide protrusions and corresponding guide recesses to fit the components together. The height of the crate can be increased by additional tiers of side walls. Latch assemblies can be utilized to fasten adjacent components together. The crate may include a tracking or monitoring device that can monitor one or more of humidity, temperature, tilt, impact, vibration, and variety of desired conditions. The system may include Bluetooth beacons on each of the components and a Bluetooth sensor in the monitoring device in the pallet base to monitor disassembled components.

A pipe coil skid includes a plurality of beams affixably connected together to form a rectangular shaped base and a platform disposed within the base. The platform has a concave upward shape on its upward facing side when the skid sits on a horizontal surface, such that a coil of pipe positioned upon the platform contacts the platform within the base. The pipe coil skid also includes a first side rail coupled to at least one of the plurality of beams. The first side rail is configured to block movement of the coil of pipe beyond a boundary of the rectangular shaped base.

A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.

A container system for shipping product in bulk, having a corrugated container sleeve and a pallet for supporting the sleeve thereon, the pallet having a channel configured to receive therein a bottom edge of the sleeve, and the pallet with said sleeve defining an internal section of the container system in which the bulk product is contained.

A pallet includes a plastic top deck and a bamboo bottom deck. The bamboo bottom deck includes bamboo boards made from bamboo strips layered together. Support blocks are coupled between the bamboo bottom deck and the plastic top deck, with a gap being formed therebetween for receiving a lifting member.

Disclosure is an assembled plastic tray. The plastic tray includes a mainboard and strakes fixed at two sides of the mainboard. The mainboard includes two rib frames and multiple strip-shaped pad feel uniformly distributed between the two rib frames. The steps for assembling the plastic tray includes: respectively inserting first mainboard steel tubes and second mainboard steel tubes into first mainboard steel tube holes and second mainboard steel tube holes of the rib frames on the mainboard, subsequently, mounting the two strakes on the two side surfaces of the mainboard through a boss and penetrating slots and fixing the boss and the penetrating slots through strake connection blocks, then inserting strake steel tubes into strake steel tube holes on the two strakes, and then, fixing the strake steel tubes and the first mainboard steel tubes through steel tube connection members and steel blocks.

A collapsible, reusable bulk material container assembly, kit and method for assembling and using same are disclosed. Upper ring and base members are locked together by peripheral post members, forming an upright rigid framework that operatively supports a woven fabric bulk material receiving sleeve. A cover connected to the upper ring seals the container. Intermediate support bands may be attached to and along the post members to resist outwardly directed forces applied to the post members through the sleeve by contained bulk material. The container is reconfigurable to a collapsed storage or shipping module that retainably contains the post members, support bands and woven fabric sleeve. The post members may be segmentable or collapsible for containment within the collapsed module. Component parts of the container assembly are detachable, reusable and recyclable. One configuration of the container is sized to replace a conventional 55-gallon drum

A composite pallet for the transport and long-term storage of barrels, comprising a base element made of plastic with a top side, an under side and support projections; a deck element made of plastic with a top side for storing the barrels; and a depositing area for holding a vertical barrel. The deck element has an under side and support projections resting on the base element support projections, and is supported against the base element; the deck element under side is at a distance from the base element top side. Support inserts made of a material with a creep modulus which is higher over a predefined period than a creep modulus of plastic, and the decrease in which is lower than that of plastic over the specified period, are locked into holders on the deck element under side and on the base element top side.

A pallet assembly includes an upper deck having a first plurality of ribs and a second plurality of ribs. The first plurality of ribs each include a first opening therethrough that opens downward. The second plurality of ribs each include a second opening therethrough that opens upward. The first openings and the second openings aligned to define a channel. Disclosed is a transfer pallet for use in a conveyor line to load and carry a product thereon, such as an automobile component or an electronic component, in which the transfer pallet is provided with a support plate to load the product thereon in multiple stages.
