The present invention discloses an equal-fork pallet comprising a pallet body, wherein the pallet body is provided with a stand structure and a reinforcing structure, the reinforcing structure is a reinforcing rib embodied by a groove structure pressed on the surface of the pallet body, and the reinforcing rib comprises a connection type reinforcing rib and a semi-partition type reinforcing rib, the stand structure comprises a corner stand, an edge stand and a center stand, and neither end of the partition type reinforcing rib is connected to the stand. The present invention has a reasonable structural design and strong pressure bearing capacity, with targeted layout and design of the reinforcing rib centralized position and stress concentration position such as stand. It can overcome the problems of the prior art, such as low local compressive strength of the pallet, proneness to produce stress fracture and local cracking, etc.

A hygienic pallet suitable for use in food manufacturing is formed of a food-grade material. The pallet comprises a load supporting surface extending between pallet edges. The pallet also comprises support lips that extend upward and away from the load supporting surface and in a direction away from a pallet edge. At least two support lips can be separated to form a channel between chamfered edges of the support lips. The support lips support molds or other objects on the load supporting surface during movement of the pallet, while the channels facilitate removal of debris and liquid during use or cleaning of the pallet. The pallet further comprises a section divider that divides stacking sections of the load supporting surface. Stackable molds for food manufacturing can be placed within the stacking areas to transport the mold stacks.

A pallet includes a deck and one or more leg-plank bridges that extend from the deck. The leg-plank bridges include one or more legs and a plank that extends between the legs. The legs and plank are integrally formed together and attached to the deck. The legs have one or more internal walls that define one or more cavities. Concrete fills the cavities of the legs located on a lead end of the pallet. The remaining cavities in the legs are filled with foam. The cavities in one version are wedge shaped. Other legs of the deck are filled entirely with foam.

Composite pallets and methods for making and using composite pallets are disclosed. An example composite pallet may include a base layer. The base layer may include a first base board, a second base board, and a cross-member extending between the first base board and the second base board. The cross-member may include a first end region designed to be detachably coupled to the first base board, a second end region designed to be detachably coupled to the second base board, and at least one curved section positioned between the first end region and the second end region. The cross-member may include a polymer. An intermediate layer may be coupled to the base layer. The intermediate layer may include a plurality of intermediate boards. A top layer may be coupled to the intermediate layer. The top layer may include a plurality of top boards.

PLASTIC PALLET WITH STIFFENING STRUCTURE

A plastic pallet comprising a deck for storing objects to be transported, feet which are formed protruding from a deck underside, and runners which are formed in each case connecting at least two feet to each other on their undersides. The plastic pallet also comprises at least one stiffening structure which comprises lower side rails arranged in the runners, and upper side rails arranged spaced apart therefrom, which are arranged above the lower side rails running parallel thereto. The stiffening structure comprises rungs, each with a predominantly closed surface, which connect the lower side rails in the feet to the upper side rails. The rungs are formed in one piece on the side rails or are connected thereto in each case via contact surfaces in bonded, friction-locking or form-locking manner. As such, the pallet bending stiffness and shear strength in a plane parallel to the deck upper side are increased.
