Retractable Fishing Tip-Up Device
An ice fishing tip-up device is disclosed that provides an improved, retractable ice fishing tip-up device that allows the user to fish hands-free. The ice fishing tip-up device comprises a base component that supports a wheel component. The wheel component is secured to the base component, such that the wheel component can rotate on the base component during use. The wheel component supports a fishing line and allows a user to retract the fishing line gently while the fish remains on the line to prevent line breaks. Generally, the user retracts the fishing line via a handle secured to the wheel component, which allows the wheel component to rotate.
Self-enclosed ice fishing tip-up fishing line system
An ice fishing tip-up that is adapted to rest on a sheet of ice surrounding a fishing opening in the sheet of ice. The ice fishing device has a plurality of movable supports with one end attached to a top mount and another end for resting on a surface to support the device, a spool post, a fishing line spool, and a signaling device. The plurality of supports has a storage position and a deployed position, with the storage position defining an interior storage space. In the storage position, the fishing line spool is disposed within the interior storage space. Pulling on the fishing line spool activates the switch to trigger the signaling device.

Tripod Fishing Rod Holder and Protective Storage Tube
A protective storage tube convertible to tripod fishing rod holder having a strike indicator arm with a slidable trigger is disclosed that has multiple differing ways to establish a select fish strike tension among potential variable fish strike tensions. The protective storage tube has an elongated tubular body which provides an internal hollowed area capable of receiving a fishing rod therein during storage or transport of the protective storage tube. A slidable ring surrounds an external surface of the tubular body and has several externally facing notches and a lock cavity for an elastic cord. Two notches pivotally house an end of a pair of legs which when extended forms a tripod stand with the tubular body. A third ring notch houses a proximal end of a strike indicator arm. The strike indicator arm has slidable trigger that includes an upwardly extending finger hook for releasable engagement with one of a plurality of fishing line guide eyelets of a fishing rod. The engagement structure achieves in multiple ways an adjustable and select strike tension among potential variable strike tensions that when released provides a variable snap up of the tripod held fishing rod so as to promote increased instances of a fish lure or bait hook cleanly catching a striking fish. Also, an elastic cord can be wrapped set to either a rear or proximal portion of a tripod held fishing rod handle, the rear wrap setting providing a supplemental strike tension.

Cutting rate control for an ice drill
A cutting head includes a main body that is attachable to an ice drill shaft at a top side. The main body includes a bottom side that has a bottom peripheral surface. The cutting head includes at least one cutting edge that is disposed on the main body. The cutting edge is configured to perform a cutting operation at the bottom side of the main body. The cutting head includes a cutting rate control pad that is disposed on the bottom side of the main body. The cutting rate control pad extends away from the bottom peripheral surface.

Ice Fishing Hole Covering Assembly
An ice fishing hole covering assembly includes a unitary fishing hole covering with a panel that is rigid and has a top side, a bottom side and a perimeter edge. The top side is planar and the panel is translucent with a circular shape and a central axis. A reel is rotatably coupled to the bottom side of the panel and has fishing line spooled thereon. The panel has a plurality of apertures therein extending to the top side and outwardly through the bottom side to define finger grips. A strike indicator is attached to the bottom side of the panel and includes a light emitter that is turned on when the fishing line is pulled downwardly from the bottom side. An entirety of the unitary structure is positioned no higher than 0.30 inches above a plane of the top side before and after actuation of the strike indicator.

Sleigh bed
The sleigh bed platform is intended for use in ice fishing for transport of equipment such as a tent shelter and sized to accommodate a single reclining person for rest on the ice. Sleigh bed invention is very light easy to pull across thin ice. Three laminated plastic layers with a inner component of expanded polystyrene form a rigid truss and thermal barrier that makes the sleigh bed a comfortable resting place. Expanded polystyrene is insulation and extremely buoyant providing a float in cases of breaking thru lake ice. Multiple soft rope handles secure loads with no sharp edges around the bed. A second invention use is for evacuation of injured skiers. Lightweight sleigh bed is easy to carry to an injured skier. A rigid front handle facilitates moving down hill with a passenger secured to the sleigh bed.
