Reactive fishing rod holder
An improved multi functional fishing rod holder made of steel wire includes a circular base (1), compression coil (2), uniquely designed square washers (3), bolt (4), and wing nut (5) to create a stand alone fishing rod holder. In accordance with the invention the stand alone fishing rod holder can be adapted to fastening to a variety of surfaces such as a pale or wall by incorporating a U shaped extension arm (6) with thumb screw (7) thereby providing the ability to fasten fishing rod holder to a variety of surfaces such as a pail. In addition using L plate (11), spacer (9) and lock washer (10) and or mount plate (12) creates ability to mount on a flat surface such as a wall.
ELECTRONIC ICE FISHING TIP-UP WITH ILLUMINATED STRIKE INDICATORS
A tip-up apparatus is provided comprising a base extending along a longitudinal axis and a plurality of legs rotatably coupled with the base including a first leg, a second leg and a third leg. A spool assembly is attached to the base, wherein the spool assembly includes a cylindrical portion extending along a spool axis, and an electronic sensor configured for monitoring the rotation of the spool assembly. The tip-up apparatus also includes a light assembly including at least one light indicator configured to illuminate upon rotation of the spool assembly.

Fishing Pole/Rod Holding Device
A fishing pole/rod holding device is disclosed for holding a fishing pole for an extended period of time while fishing. The device is a mount that holds a fishing pole/rod in a stable and upright position. The fishing pole/rod holding device comprises a spiraled portion, a flat portion, and a stake. Once the stake is inserted into the ground or ice and the flat portion is hooked onto it, a fishing pole can be inserted into the spiraled portion. Thus, the fishing pole is secured in an upright position and can remain as such (i.e., hands free) for an extended period of time, improving the overall fishing experience.

Multifunctional fishing rod holder
A multifunctional fishing rod holder is a device that improves the chances of attracting fish and indicates when a fish has bitten the lure. The device includes a holder base, a flexible arm, a rod-holding assembly, a sail shaft, and an indicator sail. The holder base positions the desired fishing rod next to the ice hole in any terrain. The flexible arm supports the desired fishing rod in an elevated position next to the ice hole. The rod-holding assembly secures the desired fishing rod to the flexible arm. The sail shaft securely attaches the indicator sail to the flexible arm without obstructing the attachment of the desired fishing rod to the flexible arm. The indicator sail visually indicates when a fish has bitten the lure. The indicator sail also enables the light movement of the flexible arm to move the attached fishing rod as wind impacts the indicator sail.
