MAGNETIC LEVITATION SPOOL ASSEMBLY FOR ICE FISHING TIP-UPS
A magnetic levitation spool assembly for a tip-up device, the assembly providing the following: a shaft extending between a spool end and a trip mechanism end; a board engager disposed along the shaft between the spool end and the trip mechanism end; a first pair of magnetized objects between the spool end and the board engager; and a second pair of magnetized objects between the trip mechanism end and the board engager, wherein the first and second pair of magnetized objects magnetically repel each other to produce a gap between each pair of magnetized objects and the board engager.

ADJUSTABLE FISHING TIP-UP STAND
A tip-up system is disclosed herein. The tip-up system includes a base, a telescopic stand, a paddle fastener and a paddle. The tip-up system improves the process of finding a point of balance of the paddle of the tip-up stand. Particularly, the paddle includes a horizontal cavity and a pivot bar attached therewithin. The paddle pivots between a balanced position and a tipped position via the pivot bar. The pivot bar is movable within the horizontal cavity to allow a user to adjust a balance point of the paddle and thus find the correct point of balance for the paddle when in use with a fishing line and hook.

Ice transducer
A transducer system for locating fish in water beneath ice. A cable coupled with a transducer housing both physically suspends the housing at a selected depth and a selected angular orientation and conveys sonar data to a display unit on the surface. First and second transducers are mounted in the housing and generate the sonar data. The transducers are mounted so as to have different relative angular orientations.
Fishing assembly
A fishing device adapted to be used hands-free and generate an alert when a fish is hooked is ideally suited to be used in confined spaces such as an ice fishing shelter.

Fishing reel and arm system
Fishing reel system embodiments herein include an extendable arm assembly and a reel assembly rotatably attached thereto. Certain reel assembly embodiments include an adjustable drag washer stack that can be adjustably compressed to adjust the amount of friction within the washer stack. Other implementations include solely a reel assembly with such an adjustable drag washer stack.

CUTTING RATE CONTROL FOR AN ICE DRILL
A cutting head includes a main body that is attachable to an ice drill shaft at a top side. The main body includes a bottom side that has a bottom peripheral surface. The cutting head includes at least one cutting edge that is disposed on the main body. The cutting edge is configured to perform a cutting operation at the bottom side of the main body. The cutting head includes a cutting rate control pad that is disposed on the bottom side of the main body. The cutting rate control pad extends away from the bottom peripheral surface.
