Nestable steel pallet
A nestable steel pallet, including a pallet assembly, a support assembly, and a nesting assembly. The pallet assembly includes a layer. The layer includes stiffening ribs enclosed in a pallet frame. The stiffening ribs are equidistantly separated defining slots. Cargo is fixed to said layer by tying straps in said stiffening ribs. The support assembly includes a load retainer to prevent cargo from shifting over the edges of said pallet. The load retainer extends upwardly from the edges of said layer. The nesting assembly includes stacking elements. The stacking elements extend downwards beneath said layer. The stacking elements are inserted in stacking elements of additional nestable steel pallets to nest a plurality of nestable steel pallets. The nestable steel pallet is formed through the metal stamping process.

Pallet Transport Means
A pallet transport means for transporting a plurality of pallets includes a base frame configured to receive the plurality of pallets, and at least two lifting units arranged oppositely on the base frame. Each lifting unit has a plurality of spaced apart brackets which are connected to one another and which are configured in each case to receive a respective pallet in pairs in an opposite manner, and can be moved on one hand orthogonally and on the other hand parallel in relation to the base frame.
Filtering apparatus with at least one filter unit
A filtering apparatus having a housing with lateral, upstream and downstream walls, and a top plate disposed at a significant angle to incoming overspray air to accelerate and guide the particulate-laden air. The angle of the top plate directs the air upstream and away from the filters so the larger solids impact the top plate and wall and adhere, removing paint from the air. Larger solids too massive to turn while accelerating through an opening into an entry chamber collect on the upstream sidewall and the highly filtered air flows toward filter units disposed downstream of the entry opening. Lighter solids that flow downstream are removed by the filtration media. An overhang of the angled top plate reduces flow into the filter units of collected solids.
Forklift Cart Corral
A forklift cart corral is disclosed herein. The forklift cart corral is generally a forkliftable platform for carrying carts. The forklift cart corral and the various embodiments described herein may provide an efficient solution for the loading of multiple carts at a time into the rear interior of a box truck, a tractor trailer, or other vehicles having similar functions. Methods of lifting said cart corral are also disclosed herein.
FLAT-PACK SHIPPING CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a method of assembling a folding container. A base comprising a floor is provided, and at least two side panels are attached to the base. A rear panel is pivotally attached to the base, wherein the rear panel is operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the floor and a vertically deployed position. A hinge block is attached to the base. A front panel comprising a front door is pivotally attached to the hinge block, wherein the front panel is operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the front panel and a vertically deployed position.

The present invention relates to a transport system comprising a transport container or frame and a subdivision element, the subdivision element comprising upright strips of flexible material and a group of cross-beams, the upright strips extending into the interior of the transport container or transport frame, the upright strips dividing the transport container or transport frame into separate compartments, the upright strips being attached to the group of cross-beams, wherein the cross-beams are detachably connected to a top side of the transport container or the transport frame. The invention also relates to a method for dividing a transport container or frame.
Storage Chest With Secondary Storage Compartment
An example storage chest is provided. The example storage chest may include a box portion and a lid. The box portion may include a front wall, a rear wall, and a floor attached to the front and rear walls to form a primary compartment for storage of items. The lid may include a front panel, a rear panel, and a top panel attached to the front a rear panels. The rear panel may be pivotably coupled to the rear wall of the box portion. The front panel, the rear panel, and the top panel may define a secondary compartment within the lid for storage of items. The secondary compartment may include a lid storage compartment comprising a hingedly affixed door.
Packaging Assemblies for Product Components, and Related Methods
A packaging assembly is provided for holding multiple different product components, where the different product components are usable together to form a product. The packaging assembly includes a base and at least one sidewall coupled to the base. A first compartment is disposed generally above the base and is configured to hold a first component. A second compartment is disposed generally above the first compartment and is configured to hold a second component. The packaging assembly also includes a divider positioned between the first and second compartments, a lid disposed generally over the second compartment, at least one securing device configured to secure the lid to the at least one sidewall, and at least one cross member disposed generally above the lid which is coupled to the at least one sidewall.

A rear panel (106) comprises rear hinges (118) attached thereto that are pivotably connected to the base (102) and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the floor and a vertically deployed position. A hinge block (119) is attached to the base (102). A front panel (108) comprising a front door (109), and further comprising front hinges (122) is pivotably connected to the hinge block (119), and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the front panel (108) and a vertically deployed position.
