NAILING MACHINE FOR ASSEMBLING WOOD PALLETS OR THE LIKE
A nailing machine for assembling wood pallets includes a nailing station and an advancement and guiding component which form a substantially horizontal resting surface at the nailing station configured for the assembly of at least two superimposed wood pieces to be assembled by nailing to provide a pallet. The nailing station includes at least one nailing head, each of which is associated with at least one nailing stem, which can move along a substantially vertical direction with respect to the resting surface between an inactive position, in which the lower end of the nailing stem is spaced from the upper surface of the superimposed wood pieces, and an active position, in which the lower end of the nailing stem is moved closer to, or made to penetrate, the upper surface of the superimposed wood pieces.
AUXILIARY UNIT
An auxiliary unit that is disposed between a first packing material including a plurality of side surfaces and a second packing material loaded onto the first packing material in a direction of gravity and assists in loading the second packing material onto the first packing material, the auxiliary unit including a load receiving portion that is provided along the side surfaces of the first packing material on an upper side in a direction of gravity and receives a load of the second packing material.
Shielding for a high-temperature furnace
A shielding module for a high-temperature furnace has a packet of interconnected shielding plates. The packet of interconnected shielding plates is mounted to a common base body. The base body has fixing points for fixing to base bodies of other shielding modules of the same kind.
Universal pallets for storage and display
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
Collapsible packaging sleeve for attaching to a base and container formed therefrom
The present invention provides a packaging sleeve that can be attached to a base, such as a pallet, to form a container. The container can be used for the shipping and/or storage of goods. The packaging sleeve comprises latching members by which the packaging sleeve may be securably attached to the base in a manner of seconds. The present invention also provides a collapsible packaging sleeve having four panels, each panel being hingedly connected to two adjacent panels by non-metallic hinges. By operation of the non-metallic hinges, the box can be collapsed such that the packaging sleeve lays substantially flat, rendering it suitable for easy, out of the way storage and enhancing warehouse efficiency. The non-metallic hinges are designed to have a long life span and to be operable with panels having various dimensions.
Apparatus for storing, transporting and dispensing conveyor belts
An apparatus for storing, transporting and dispensing conveyor belts is described. The apparatus, in the form of a crate, has top and bottom conventional pallets, allowing for easy handling and strength for additional stacked crates. The center of the crate holds a hub assembly that moves rotationally, and allows smooth transition from consecutive layers of the conveyor belt wrapped thereon. During shipment, the roll of conveyor belt lies on its side. In one embodiment, a center pipe axle of the spool passes through holes in the top and bottom pallets. Alternatively, the center pipe axle passes through channels created between planks of the top and bottom pallets. These configurations secure the roll in the crate, and allow it to turn freely when loaded or unloaded.
Pallet hilo fork guard, a coated insert incorporated into such as a vehicle passenger compartment shelf, and an assembleable and plastic coated containers for holding bagged items
A structurally supporting shelf article having a body and a plasticized coating applied to at least an exterior of the article. The body further includes a planar shaped insert surrounded by a tubular frame. In a further variant, a structurally supporting pallet article includes a body incorporating a planar shaped upper supporting surface, the body further including rectangular shaped reinforcing brackets incorporated into a structurally supporting underside locations of the body and which are adapted to receive the inserting forks of a forklift device. A plasticized coating can be applied to at least an exterior of the body. In another variant, a reinforced and volume supporting paperboard article includes a four-sided box like structure assembleable upon a pallet-shaped base with a lid affixing to the assembled sides. The body may constitute a cardboard constructed barrel with reinforcing upper and lower tubular support portions, the lid affixing over an open top of the barrel. In a further application, the body is a cardboard box with upper extending flaps.
ROLLER PLATFORM TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A roller platform apparatus includes a rigid plate, a set of bearings mounted on the rigid plate, and a set of one or more bars attached to the rigid plate. The set of bars is configured to restrict movement of a load into a space between the set of bearings and lower than the height of the one of more bars, and the height of the one or more bars is lower than the height of the first set of bearings and higher than the rigid plate. At least one advantage in this approach is that an equipment rack can be transported without the use of casters that are permanently attached to the equipment rack.
Reusable container with interlocking members and method of using same
A reusable container and a method of using same to transport fragile, yet heavy loads, is provided. The reusable container, preferably made primarily from wood, includes a base member, at least one vertical member having one or more vertical support members capable of being received in one or more interlock pockets in the base member, a top or lid and a cargo support member. These components interact in such a way as to provide for ease of assembly and disassembly by a single person, and to provide a container having great strength when assembled. More specifically, the at least one vertical member interlocks with the base member and adjacent vertical members, thus minimizing the need for supplemental fasteners.
BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment configured to receive, hold, and release materials and connected to and supported by the pallet, a material unloading assembly positioned under a bottom portion of the compartment, configured to facilitate the release or unloading of materials from the compartment, and connected to and supported by the pallet, and a material loading assembly configured to facilitate the loading of material into the compartment and connected to and partially supported by a top wall assembly of the compartment.
