Panel and support structure for collapsible container, and collapsible container
This invention relates to a collapsible container and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a collapsible container for use in packaging and transportation. The collapsible container includes a number of panels each having a panel body, with elongate tubular members secured to edges of the bodies. Each of the tubular members has at least one recessed section that forms interlocking engagement means.
THERMALLY INSULATED SHIPPING SYSTEM FOR PALLET-SIZED PAYLOAD, METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME, AND KIT FOR USE THEREIN
Thermally insulated shipping system for use in transporting a pallet-sized payload. In one embodiment, the system includes a plurality of thermally insulating walls arranged to define an interior volume suitable for receiving a pallet-sized payload. The thermally insulating walls include a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, a left wall, and a right wall, of which all but the bottom wall include at least two slots facing towards the interior volume. One of the slots is an inner slot that is more proximal to the interior volume, and one of the slots is an outer slot that is more distal to the interior volume. The system also includes a plurality of inner cassettes disposed in at least some of the inner slots and a plurality of outer cassettes disposed in at least some of the outer slots. The inner and outer cassettes include phase-change materials.
Convection Based Temperature Assured Packaging System
A packaging system for a temperature sensitive payload is provided. The system includes side panels and end panels forming a product compartment. Cooling layers within the product compartment are located below and above the products. Channel members located between the side panels and the payload and between the end panels and the payload create vertical channels having rectangular cross sectional areas for convective air movement.
Convection based temperature assured packaging system
A packaging system for a temperature sensitive payload is provided. The system includes insulative side panels and end panels forming a product compartment. Cooling layers within the product compartment are located below and above the payload. Channel members disposed between the side panels and the payload and between the end panels and the payload create vertical channels for convective air movement.
AN INSULATING TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER
A transport container formed of insulated board such as corrugated or laminated plastics and treated paper and treated card that can provide a high degree of thermal insulation. A pallet shipper storage container that can operate at ultra-low temperatures akin to those at which solids such as carbon dioxide sublimate and method of use of such shippers and containers.
Wall element
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a wall element for a load carrier. The wall element has a body with a frame, which defines at least one opening. The wall element features at least one panel for covering the at least one opening of the frame. The wall element further features a cover strip for detachable attachment to the body through a reversible attachment interface between the cover strip and the body to secure the at least one panel to the at least one opening.
Shipping system for temperature-sensitive materials
Shipping system for temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the shipping system includes a frame defining an enclosure. The frame includes a bottom, a top, a front, a rear, a left side, a right side, a left corner gusset, and a right corner gusset. The front serves as a door. Thermal breaks are provided in one or more of the bottom, the front, the left corner gusset, and the right corner gusset. Vacuum insulated panels are positioned along all sides of the frame. Many of the vacuum insulated panels are encapsulated between the frame and an outer shell. A plurality of phase-change material assemblies are positioned within the frame along all sides. Heat-spreaders are positioned interior to the phase-change material assemblies. The shipping system are dimensioned so that four such shipping systems are seated on a prorate manual cargo sheet.
