Reusable bin assembly
A bin assembly including: a container having a base and sidewalls extending upwardly and outwardly from the base; at least one locking portion disposed on the base; a pallet; and at least one locking mechanism disposed on the pallet, complementary to the at least one locking portion, wherein relative rotation between the container and the pallet engages or disengages the at least one locking portion and at least one locking mechanism to respectively lock or unlock the pallet and the container.
Method and apparatus for storage and transportation of cargo
A stackable cargo container apparatus has a frame assembly formed by interconnected structural members, a substantially planar base, interconnecting side walls and at least one personnel access door. At least one lifting harness member of unitary or singular construction is operationally attached to the frame assembly, and permits lifting of the cargo container apparatus from its bottom and away from welds or other possible weak points. An integrated cargo weight measurement assembly permits quick and efficient determination of cargo weight placed on the planar base, and includes a digital display or other output device.
A PALLET, A TRANSPORT DEVICE, AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING GOODS
A pallet and a transport device for the pallet. The pallet, includes a frame having a-side parts and a rod that extends between the side parts. A span of the rod is at least half of the length of the rod. The pallet includes foot arrangements having parts configured to guide the pallet onto a bed of the transport device. The transport device includes the bed, a chassis and articulations enabling rotation of the bed relative to the chassis. The bed includes side beams that are configured to engage with the parts of the foot arrangements thereby guiding the pallet onto the bed. A system includes the pallet and the transport device.
SHIPPING PALLET ARRANGEMENT AND METHODS FOR INCREASING TRAILER LOADS TO REDUCE ROAD MILAGE AND CUT COSTS
A shipping pallet arrangement includes a first pallet having a first underdeck opening to a first storage volume under a top deck, said top deck supporting goods for transport; and a first underdeck container holding goods and received within the first storage volume. A method for shipping goods in a transport container includes positioning a first pallet in the transport container, the first pallet having a first underdeck opening to a first storage volume under a top deck having goods thereon; storing goods within a first underdeck container; after the step of storing and the step of positioning, receiving the first underdeck container at least partially within the first storage volume; and after the step of receiving, shipping the transport container.
Plastic pallet with protected runners
The invention relates to a plastic pallet comprising an upper part, which is provided with outer and central female foot parts, and runners, which are provided with outer and central male foot parts. When plugged together with the female foot parts, the male foot parts form foot elements, and the female foot parts of the upper part and the male foot parts of the runners can be secured by means of a snap-fit connection. The female foot parts have an outer wall which surrounds their respective male foot parts. The outer wall of the outer female foot part extends over the entire height of the outer male foot part such that the outer male foot parts of the runners can be completely slid into the outer female foot parts of the upper part in such a manner that the outer wall of the outer female foot part together with the runner forms a support surface.
Drive-On Pallet
Disclosed herein is a pallet that includes a carriage rest and a ramp. The pallet can include one or more running boards and can comprise a wheel chock. The disclosed pallets can include a bump stop to prevent equipment from rolling out of position. The disclosed pallets can also include supports and tiedown buckles. The disclosed pallets are useful to allow easy vertical storage of equipment, particularly rolling equipment.
Pallet with printed images
A system and technique has been developed to print graphics on a pallet. In one form, the graphics are printed on one of the decks of the pallet. The graphics in one variation are printed on a deck that is in the form of a flat, contiguous surface via a flatbed printer. The flatbed printer has a printer head that forms a gap that is able to accommodate the deck of the pallet. After printing, the deck is assembled with the rest of the pallet. The graphics can include text and images. In one form, the graphics include a packing template that shows how at least one packing layer should be packed on the pallet.
Packing unit for air-conditioning apparatus
A packing unit for an air-conditioning apparatus includes an outdoor unit with heavy objects that are provided on a bottom plate of a housing of the outdoor unit. On the packing unit, the outdoor unit is placed. The packing unit includes: a support base that has a cuboid framework structure made by combining a plurality of wood pieces, and supports the outdoor unit; a long wood piece that has a long plate shape, and that forms part of an upper surface portion of the support base and faces the bottom plate, the long wood piece having end portions, one of the end portions being fixed to the support base, the other being a free end that is movable in a vertical direction; and a support wood piece that is provided on an upper surface portion of the end portion on a free end side of the long wood piece.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE TRANSPORT AND HOLDING OF BUILDING MATERIALS
The present disclosure is directed to the transport of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items during transport to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items on one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces.
REUSABLE BIN ASSEMBLY
A bin assembly includes a container and a pallet. The container has a base and sidewalls that extend upwardly and outwardly from the base. The base includes a centrally disposed alignment means and at least one spaced apart locking portion. The pallet includes a centrally disposed alignment means that is complementary to the container alignment means and at least one spaced apart locking mechanism disposed on the pallet and that is complementary to the at least one spaced apart locking portion. The at least one spaced apart locking mechanism is configured to engage or disengage the at least one spaced apart locking portion upon relative rotation between the container and the pallet to respectively lock or unlock the pallet and the container.
