Apparatus for construction of a stringer of a corrugate pallet
An apparatus for construction of a stringer of a pallet is disclosed herein. In various aspects, the apparatus includes a corrugate sheet (30) cut to form a stringer shape sheet (32) with the stringer shape sheet (32) having a plurality of parallel stringer sections (33) defined by cuts from an upper surface through a lower surface of the stringer shape sheet (32). Each stringer section (33) on the stringer shape sheet (32) may be linked to an adjacent stringer section (33) by a plurality of shear bridges (34).
Container for a road paver assembly
The disclosure refers to a container for storing and providing at least one modular road paver assembly designed for detachable mounting on a road paver. The container comprises a storage system by means of which individual components of the road paver assembly can be positioned within the container in a standardized arrangement, such that the components of the road paver assembly can be checked for completeness by an operator by means of a visual inspection along a sequence determined between opposite boundaries of the container in view of their assembly sequence on the road paver.
ASSEMBLING COMPONENT HAVING LOCKING MECHANISM
The present application discloses an assembled unit having a locking mechanism, comprising a pair of lateral guide rails, a pair of class I plate members, a spine member and at least one eccentric rotation member. Each of the lateral guide rails is configured with a sliding groove along a direction of extension thereof. Both ends of each of the class I plate members can be inserted into the sliding groove of the corresponding lateral guide rail. Both ends of each of the lateral guide rails are respectively configured with an engaging structure. The spine member is configured with a raised sliding block along its direction of extension. On a surface of each of the type I plate members, a class I engaging slot is configured in a direction parallel to the lateral guide rail, the class I engaging slot opening at a side of the class I plate member.
PACKAGING CONTAINER, PACKAGING METHOD, AND METAL FOIL TRANSPORT METHOD
Provided are a packaging container, a packaging method, and a method for carrying metal foil, which can suppress damage and deformation of the packaging container and enable stable carrying even if the packaging container is carried while suspending it in the midair. A packaging container made of corrugated cardboard includes: a pallet 2 having leg portions 21; a body frame 3 arranged on the pallet 2, the body frame 3 having bearing grooves 31 at end wall portions 32 opposing to each other; and a lid portion 4 provided on the body frame 3, wherein each of the leg portions 21 is arranged on an inner side than each of the end wall portions 23 of the pallet 2.
RECYCLABLE SHIPPING CRATE
A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.
Photovoltaic module packing box and photovoltaic module package structure
A photovoltaic module packing box and a photovoltaic module package structure are provided. The photovoltaic module packing box includes a tray having an accommodation space; a support plate having an edge hinged to an edge of the tray, and the support plate is lapped on the tray; an airbag assembly arranged in the accommodation space; an air valve assembly connected to the airbag assembly by a pipeline; an enclosure frame connected to the support plate and configured to enclose, together with the support plate, a receiving space for photovoltaic modules, and the enclosure frame includes a fixation part and a movable part; the fixation part is fixed to the support plate with one side thereof configured as an open structure; the movable part is detachably connected to the open structure of the fixation part, and the movable part and the fixation part together form an annular structure.
Wooden pallet with butted deck boards and metal bracket supports
A pallet includes a base layer, a cargo layer and spaced apart supports coupled between the base and cargo layers and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The supports include outer corner supports each configured as a C-shaped bracket, and center supports each configured as a circular-shaped cylinder. Each center support including an outer wall having opposing ends, a center hub having opposing ends, and ribs extending between the center hub and the outer wall.
Transportable rack for pressure safety/relief valves
A transportable valve rack for securing a plurality of pressure safety or pressure relief valves in an upright position. The valves of the type having a bolted flange-type connection and the rack comprises a base assembly and a top plate mounted on the base assembly. The top plate includes a plurality of areas, with each area comprising a plurality of holes arranged on a circumference of two or more concentric circles. The plurality of holes extends through the top plate and at least four holes are on the circumference of each concentric circle. The holes are sized and arranged to align with bolt holes of pre-selected flanges of particular size and pressure rating. Nuts and bolts extended through aligned holes secure the valve to the valve rack.
Multiconfigurable, Collapsible, Modular Tote Container
A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly said container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize said container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge.
