Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to a transportation system for carrying servers. The transportation system includes a server rack and a shock-absorbing pallet. The shock-absorbing pallet is secured under the server rack and configured to move relative to the server rack to dampen vibration during transportation of the server rack. The shock-absorbing pallet includes a top cover, a bottom cover, one or more isolation devices, and one or supporting layers. The one or more isolation devices are disposed between the top cover and the bottom cover. Each isolation device includes a shock-absorbing component coupled to the top cover and the bottom cover. The one or more supporting layers are secured between the top cover and the bottom cover around the one or more isolation devices. The one or more supporting layers have a plurality of slots for guiding a pallet lifter therethrough.

A packaging assembly for a home appliance includes a base frame including a first plank and a second plank provided parallel to the first plank, and a pair of spring clips attached to the base frame. The pair of spring clips includes a right spring clip attached to a top surface of the first plank, and a left spring clip attached to a top surface of the second plank, wherein an axial extension direction of the right spring clip is parallel to an axial extension direction of the left spring clip, and wherein the pair of springs are configured to selectively accept a base rail of the home appliance therein.

A pallet component structure body is for loading a packaged object. The pallet component structure body includes a pallet component and a frame structure forming component. The frame structure forming component is secured on the pallet component. The frame structure forming component is foldable flat in a state where adjacent ones of frame structure parts of the frame structure forming component are joined in advance.

A pallet assembly includes a support assembly and a base assembly. The support assembly has a deck molded from a plastic shell material and male fittings that extend away from a lower surface of said deck. The base assembly includes a stringer that defines a plurality of openings which extend through the entirety of the stringer. A female fitting extends completely through each of the openings in the stringer so that the base of each of the female fittings is flush with or extends beyond the bottom surface of said stringer. Each of the male fittings corresponds to a female fitting, attaching said support assembly to said base assembly.

The bearing surface is constituted by a framework consisting of a number of mutually parallel extending elongate ribs and a number of mutually parallel extending transversal ribs extending perpendicularly to the elongate ribs. A number of legs are formed as an extension of the ribs and extend downward from the bearing surface and mutually distributed below the same. An apparatus includes a load carrying structure having: a plurality of side members removably connected to each other to form a base; a first support member and a second support member, where the first support member and the second support member are each removably connected between a respective pair of the plurality of side members; and a top member, where the top member is removably fastened to each of the plurality of side members.
