FOLDABLE TRANSPORT CONTAINERS
The present invention relates to a hybrid panel, comprising a panel comprising: a core, a first protecting layer on a first side of said core and a second protecting layer on a second side of said core; said panel defining an outside geometry thereof; and an overmolded portion which overlays at least a part of said panel, thereby changing said geometry of said panel at said part of said panel.
Structural element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
Assemblable pallet
A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. Consequently, the cost for manufacturing the pallet can be reduced. In addition, when one base member is damaged or missing, the damaged or missing base member can be replaced by a new base member. Therefore, the pallet can be used for more times, allowing the cost reduction in manufactory. Furthermore, the base members and the connecting bars are connected with each other to form the pallet frame which is rigid and has high structural strength, such that the pallet frame would not deform and is safe when used for handling and transporting materials.
Closed polygonal cell shipping pallet
A method, system, apparatus, or device to support or move objects. The apparatus may include a substrate and a rib structure. The rib structure may be disposed at an interior portion of the substrate. The rib structure may include a first chamber extending downwardly from a first plane to a second plane. A wall of the first chamber may taper inwardly to form a first inverted dome. The rib structure may include a second chamber extending downwardly from the first plane to the second plane to form a second inverted dome. A wall of the second chamber may taper inwardly to form a first inverted dome.
PALLET HAVING PANELS AND TUBE SEGMENTS
The invention relates to a pallet (1), comprising a basic body (10) with a first panel (11), a second panel (12) and a layer (13) having a plurality of tube segments (14) which is arranged between the panels (11, 12), wherein the layer (13) has at least one cutout (131) which is continuous in the direction of a pallet height (HP), and wherein the first panel (11) has at least one first opening (111) which at least partially overlaps with the at least one cutout (131). The invention further relates to a foot (16) and a runner (17) for a pallet (1), to a sandwich block (2) for producing a layer (13) of a pallet (1), and to a method for producing a pallet (1).
Pallet
A pallet has a deck, a skid and a plurality of blocks, spacing the skid from the deck. The blocks comprise spacer portions and sleeve portions, wherein the sleeve portions may extend above and below the spacer portions. The deck and skid peripheral edges are cut away such that the deck and skid can be recessed with the blocks. The pallet constructed in this way can advantageously be made in any conventional size to meet the relevant norm or standard, while benefitting from the fact that the sleeve portions protect the edges of the deck and/or skid from impact. Furthermore, any impact imparted on the blocks is transmitted by the respective sleeve to the deck and/or skid. The elements of the pallet are connected without mechanical fasteners and the pallet can be easily repaired by removal and replacement of individual elements. A logistic system is also described.
Paperboard Shipping Riser
A shipping riser is provided and includes an engineered structure. The engineered structure includes a central laminated structure, a pair of middle laminated structures positioned on and secured to opposite sides of the central laminated structure, and a pair of outer laminated structures positioned on and secured to opposite sides of the pair of middle laminated structures.
FIRE RETARDANT PALLET ASSEMBLY
A pallet assembly includes an upper portion including an upper deck and a plurality of upper column portions extending downward from the upper deck. A lower portion includes a plurality of lower column portions extending upward and a plurality of runners connecting the plurality of lower column portions. An upper reinforcement member is between an upper surface of the lower column portions and a lower surface of the upper deck. A lower reinforcement member between a lower surface of the upper column portions and an upper surface of the runners.
DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING PIECE GOODS AND CONTAINERS
A transport carrier for transport of transport goods includes a transport carrier structure for carrying the transport goods on a horizontal plane of the transport carrier, having a top side, which defines the plane of the transport carrier, and a bottom side; and a retaining structure arranged on the top side of the transport carrier structure for restricting or preventing a horizontal movement of transport goods supported on the transport carrier structure with respect to the plane of the transport carrier. The retaining structure includes means which interact with bearing elements of the aforementioned transport goods standing on the transport carrier structure and thus cause a reversible fixation of the transport goods along at least one vector parallel to the plane of the transport carrier, such that a force which exceeds a certain threshold level must be expended parallel to the plane of the transport carrier to overcome said fixation.
PLASTIC COMPOSITE MODULAR REBUILDABLE PALLET
A plastic composite modular rebuildable pallet has replaceable top boards, stringers and bottom boards made from a thermoplastic resin with variable amounts of long glass fiber reinforcements molded into the pallet boards. The top boards have on center circular indexing buttons. The stringers have top lengthwise molded in channels for receiving multiple reinforcing metal bars, rods or tubes held in place by the top boards. The bottom boards have two circular cups at each end on their bottom surfaces for indexing with the on center buttons of the below pallet when the empty pallets are stacked for storage and transportation. This arrangement allows for the bottom boards to be horizontally reversibly mounted on the bottom surface of the stringers in either 180? horizontal direction. The bottom boards have thick bottom feet pads with foot wear-resistant pads for sliding engagement with ground surfaces.
