A platform includes a top deck with spaced apart platform support leg openings extending therethrough, and platform support legs extending from a lower surface of the top deck and aligned with the platform support leg openings. Each platform support leg includes an upper portion and a lower portion, with the upper portion having an opening extending therethrough and aligned with a respective one of the platform support leg openings in the top deck. The lower portion includes a shelf that separates the opening in the upper portion from the lower portion. The shelf provides support to a bottom surface of a platform support leg from an identical platform when stacked thereon. A pair of extensions extend outwards from a bottom surface of the lower portion, with the opening in the upper portion providing clearance for the pair of extensions on the platform support leg of the identical platform when stacked thereon.

An assortment of pallet modules configured to allow formation of a nested pallet assembly of at least two pallet modules, which nested pallet assembly is configured to act as a self-supporting platform allowing the handling and transportation of goods, each pallet module including a main structural body exhibiting a generally quadrilateral peripheral border with first to fourth lateral sides extending between upper and lower sides of the main structural body, a mating system provided on the first to fourth lateral sides and configured to allow nesting of the pallet module within a corresponding part of the mating system of another pallet module of the assortment, a securing system configured to allow the pallet module to be secured to or released from another pallet module of the assortment, and a foot structure disposed on the lower side of the main structural body.

The present invention describes a pallet for cargo with a frame support and interchangeable cover that can have removable covers, which is easy to change, said cover can be of varied shapes and designs, for example, inclined crossbars, with circular reliefs to place buckets and that these do not move, with reliefs in the shape of parallelograms, to place boxes of various sizes and/or the combination of the above; Another characteristic of the pallet that is the reason for the present invention is that the upper deck can have a non-slip material to increase its coefficient of friction, making it possible to ensure that the material that is placed on the pallet for load with frame support and interchangeable cover, does not move during the transfer.

A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming an opening therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The top deck includes at least one deck scoop area on an underside thereof. A thickness of the top deck is reduced in the at least one deck scoop area to reduce influence of top deck deflection on ability of the lifting member to pass through the opening between the top and bottom decks.

Disclosed is a floor decker, which includes: a first metal plate, a plurality of first protrusions are formed on the first metal plate by stamping; and a second metal plate disposed below the first metal plate, a lower end surface of each of the plurality of first protrusions is attached to an upper end surface of the second metal plate, and the first metal plate is fixedly connected to an edge of the second metal plate, and a plurality of supporting legs are provided at a lower end of the second metal plate.

A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, several buttresses, and several horizontally extending ribs. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The horizontally extending ribs minimize outward deflection due to hydrostatic loading and/or pressurization. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.

A pallet includes a deck having an opening therethrough, such that product can be removed through the opening from a box loaded on the deck of a pallet. A plurality of columns support the deck. The box may be supported on the deck over the opening. The bottom wall of the box may be opened though the opening in the deck. The items can then be removed from the box through the opening through the deck without removing the box from the pallet. Optionally, fasteners may secure flaps of the box in corners of the deck of a pallet. According to another feature, a brace having an elongated body portion can be secured to an opening of the pallet, such that the elongated body portion abuts goods that are supported on the deck.

A system for palletizing cargo includes a number of components that may be combined to produce an assembled pallet of cargo. A pallet base provides a cargo area where a payload may be stacked. The pallet base includes protective features such as feet that raise the payload above surface level, bumpers that prevent and absorb impacts to the pallet base, and a rim that encircles the cargo area. A pallet top is placed on top of the payload, opposite the pallet base, and a set of straps are used to connect the pallet base to the pallet top and friction fit the payload therebetween. Each of the base and top include a series of holes and spacers that allow airflow to pass around the bottom and top of the payload, while the bumpers allow airflow around the sides, even when the assembled pallets are surrounded by other cargo.

The present invention relates to a pallet with impact resistant columns (3) comprising a structure for the distribution of impact energy (4) configured for the distribution of impact forces, at the same time as its internal structure deforms and is compacted upon receiving impacts, such that the pallet remains functional although its columns (3) are permanently deformed and/or partially fractured.
