A pallet module configured to allow formation of a nested pallet assembly of at least two similar pallet modules, including a main structural body having a generally quadrilateral peripheral border with first to fourth lateral sides, first and second lateral flanges extending outwardly from the peripheral border along the first and second lateral sides and configured to cooperate with first and second lateral grooves extending inwardly from the peripheral border along the third and fourth lateral sides of another similar pallet module to form the nested pallet assembly, a foot structure disposed on a lower side of the main structural body, and first and second toggle latch components arranged in the vicinity of the first and second lateral sides, respectively, configured to cooperate and releasably interlock with third and fourth toggle latch components arranged in the vicinity of the third and fourth lateral sides, respectively, of another similar pallet module.

A pallet top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an inner wall surrounding an interior opening, an outer wall surrounding the inner wall, and a plurality of ribs extending between the inner and outer walls. A first plurality of upper tabs extend outwards from upper surfaces of the inner wall and the plurality of ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging top deck tab openings in an underside of the top deck. A second plurality of upper tabs extend outwards from the upper surfaces of the inner wall and the plurality of ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the top deck tab openings. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second plurality of upper tabs face away from each other.

A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.

An adapter element and a transport platform, such as a dolly (1), including at least one such adapter element (5), said at least one adapter element (5) being connected or connectable to the dolly (1) and having a rim portion (6) protruding from a deck (2) of the dolly (1) for restraining loads placed on top of the deck (2) at least in a lateral direction, wherein the at least one adapter element (5) is provided with one or more legs (8, 12; 8, 12, 17, 18) each comprising an engagement portion (9, 13; 9;13, 19, 20), preferably tabs or protrusions, for being received and snap-fitted into a corresponding opening (10, 15) provided in the deck (2). An outer leg (12) of the one or more legs (8, 2; 8, 12, 17, 18) is formed as a tab or tongue having a through hole (13) which serves as an engagement portion of the outer leg (12).

The present invention relates to a pallet with impact resistant columns (3) comprising a structure for the distribution of impact energy (4) configured for the distribution of impact forces, at the same time as its internal structure deforms and is compacted upon receiving impacts, such that the pallet remains functional although its columns (3) are permanently deformed and/or partially fractured.

A pallet lift includes a pair of outer tines movable between an expanded position spaced outward away from inner tines and a retracted position adjacent the inner tines. The inner and outer tines are supported by wheels at locations spaced away from the lift mechanism. A pallet includes a plurality of nestable feet that open outwardly of the pallet to reduce the footprint. A second pallet includes a side wall extending downward from side edges of the pallet to define an opening adjacent outer feet.

A molded container assembly including a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, and several buttresses. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower sections and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The buttresses extend between the tank portion and the leg supports. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.

Trackable nylon pallets and collapsible containers constructed from injection molded, interlocking top and bottom pallet portions having attached, hinged collapsible container sides affixed to the pallet top side. Collapsible side locking assemblies and a container cover provide stability to container side when they are orthogonally disposed to the pallet top side. The cover also provides pallet and collapsible container stacking stability when the collapsed sides are folded inwards and resting on the pallet top side. Each pallet and collapsible container provide real time tracking, identification, and monitoring capabilities from at least one removable communication/sensor box releasably secured between conjoined top and bottom pallet portions. Each trackable pallet and collapsible container provide equipment entry passages between top and bottom portions from all four pallet sides.

Nylon pallets constructed from injection molded top and bottom portions having mirror image upstanding post open ends and upstanding posts with extended attachment clips configured in corresponding arrays on opposing top and bottom surfaces, with each open end and attachment clip pairing when connected locked together by a locking pin. Each pallet provides real time tracking, identification, and monitoring capabilities from at least one removable communication/sensor box releasably secured between conjoined top and bottom portions. Each pallet provides equipment entry passages between top and bottom portions from all four pallet sides.

A pallet having a top deck supported by four corner posts that extend to a bottom deck. The top deck has four side beams and four intermediate beams, with the beams each being provided with tubular reinforcements with the tubular reinforcements providing longitudinally extending passages that can receive reinforcing rods.
