MOLDED CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, several buttresses, and several horizontally extending ribs. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The horizontally extending ribs minimize outward deflection due to hydrostatic loading and/or pressurization. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.
Base having mounting portions and elastic pieces for mitigating damaging forces experienced by a device positioned thereon
An apparatus according to one embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and at least two elastic pads positioned in recesses in the upper surface of the base. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. The apparatus further includes at least two elastic pads.
LOADING TRAY WITH ADJUSTABLE CAPACITY FOR CARRYING ARTICLES OF DIFFERENT SIZES
One type of tray adaptable to carry articles of different sizes includes a substrate, at least one blocking member, and at least one positioning block. The substrate includes a peripheral region and a middle region within. The blocking member is disposed on the peripheral region of the substrate, and the positioning block is detachably disposed on an inner side of the blocking member facing the middle portion.
CARGO PALLET HAVING A PALLET EXTENSION
A cargo pallet is disclosed. The cargo pallet may have a pallet base. The cargo pallet may also have a pallet liner. The pallet liner may have a pallet liner base. The pallet liner base may be positioned on the pallet base. The pallet liner may also have a pallet extension, which may be fixedly attached to the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may project outwardly from the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may also have a support surface that may at least in part extend outwardly beyond a footprint of the pallet base.
PACKAGING BASE PAD WITH PLASTIC CORNERS
A packaging system for an appliance is provided. The packaging system includes a base pad for supporting an appliance. In preferred embodiments, the system includes pockets for supporting corner posts, and/or corner supports for aiding in the placement and stability of the appliance for use in packaging, stacking, and transporting the appliance.
Repairable plastic pallet with carvings in the top deck and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming an opening therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The top deck includes at least one deck scoop area on an underside thereof. A thickness of the top deck is reduced in the at least one deck scoop area to reduce influence of top deck deflection on ability of the lifting member to pass through the opening between the top and bottom decks.
BIN RISER
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
CONTAINER WITH PASSIVE LOCK SYSTEM
A passive locking system is used to attach molded plastic bottom and cover members to the bottom and top edges of a four-sided sleeve to create a container that can be handled by a forklift and knocked down for storage and/or return shipment. The locks comprise molded tabs and receiver slots and allow for easy attachment and removal of the sleeve to the bottom and top members without the need for tools or manipulation of slide latches. In the preferred embodiment, foldable clips are attached to the sleeve edges to provide tabs on the sleeve. The clip tabs enter into apertures in the outside rim of the pallet and cover only when the sleeve edges are fully inserted into the pallet and cover.
Peaked roofing pallets
A pallet that is configured and designed to support a load of material and rest alternatively on a flat surface on a roof so as to straddle the peak or ridge of a roof. The pallets can be loaded with materials such as roofing shingles, delivered to a work site on a truck bed and lifted up and positioned on the peak or ridge of a roof without having to unload the materials from the pallets.
STACKABLE PALLET DISPLAY
A stackable pallet display system includes a tray portion having a rectangular bottom wall, corner posts extending upward from corners of the tray portion and an interior divider panel extending upward from the tray portion. The tray, corner posts and interior divider wall of the system can be folded from blanks of material.
