LOADING TRAY WITH ADJUSTABLE CAPACITY FOR CARRYING ARTICLES OF DIFFERENT SIZES
One type of tray adaptable to carry articles of different sizes includes a substrate, at least one blocking member, and at least one positioning block. The substrate includes a peripheral region and a middle region within. The blocking member is disposed on the peripheral region of the substrate, and the positioning block is detachably disposed on an inner side of the blocking member facing the middle portion.
Assembled plastic tray
Disclosure is an assembled plastic tray. The plastic tray includes a mainboard and strakes fixed at two sides of the mainboard. The mainboard includes two rib frames and multiple strip-shaped pad feel uniformly distributed between the two rib frames. The steps for assembling the plastic tray includes: respectively inserting first mainboard steel tubes and second mainboard steel tubes into first mainboard steel tube holes and second mainboard steel tube holes of the rib frames on the mainboard, subsequently, mounting the two strakes on the two side surfaces of the mainboard through a boss and penetrating slots and fixing the boss and the penetrating slots through strake connection blocks, then inserting strake steel tubes into strake steel tube holes on the two strakes, and then, fixing the strake steel tubes and the first mainboard steel tubes through steel tube connection members and steel blocks.
Half pallet
A half pallet includes a deck having opposite front and rear edges and opposite end edges. The end edges are shorter than the front and rear edges. End supports below the deck are adjacent end edges of the deck. The deck extends forward and rearward of the end supports. Each of the end supports includes a front edge recessed from the front edge of the deck and a rear edge recessed from the rear edge of the deck. Each end support prevents entry of a fork tine between the front edge of the end support and the rear edge of the end support.
PALLET ASSEMBLY
A pallet assembly includes an upper deck having a first plurality of ribs and a second plurality of ribs. The first plurality of ribs each include a first opening therethrough that opens downward. The second plurality of ribs each include a second opening therethrough that opens upward. The first openings and the second openings aligned to define a channel. A reinforcement member is disposed in the channel A plurality of columns extend from the deck.
Pallet for bags
A pallet moulded from plastics material for supporting a flexible intermediate bulk container. It has a generally planar central panel portion, a pair of parallel inverted open channels extending across the pallet to form a respective pair of open-ended tunnels each tunnel having an upper wall and two side walls, and a pair of edge panel portions generally co-planar with the central panel. An array of raised elongate hump portions bulges upwards from the upper walls of the tunnels, each hump portion extending laterally across an upper wall. The two ends of the hump portions abut respective buttresses which extend up the side walls.
Polymeric formed structural components for pallets
A pallet comprising upper and lower platforms connected by a plurality of blocks. The upper platform includes a plurality of upper platform pedestals and the lower platform includes a plurality of lower platform pedestals. The lower platform pedestals are aligned with the upper platform pedestals such that the lower platform pedestals and the upper platform pedestals extend towards one another. The plurality of blocks interlockingly engage with and extend between the upper and lower platform pedestals to connect the upper and lower platforms. Each block includes an upper recess and a lower recess. The upper recess matches the shape of and receives one of the upper platform pedestals. The lower recess matches the shape of and receives one of the lower platform pedestals. The upper platform, the lower platform, and the plurality of blocks are made of a polymeric material.
Fire retardant pallet assembly
A pallet assembly includes an upper portion including an upper deck and a plurality of upper column portions extending downward from the upper deck. A lower portion includes a plurality of lower column portions extending upward and a plurality of runners connecting the plurality of lower column portions. An upper reinforcement member is between an upper surface of the lower column portions and a lower surface of the upper deck. A lower reinforcement member between a lower surface of the upper column portions and an upper surface of the runners.
ASSEMBLED PLASTIC TRAY
The disclosure discloses an assembled plastic tray, including a main board and strakes fixed at two sides of the mainboard, wherein, the mainboard includes two rib frames and a plurality of strip-shaped pad feel uniformly distributed between the two rib frames. The steps for assembling the plastic tray includes: firstly, respectively inserting first mainboard steel tubes and second mainboard steel tubes into first mainboard steel tube holes and second mainboard steel tube holes of the rib frames on the mainboard, subsequently, mounting the two strakes on the two side surfaces of the mainboard through a boss and penetrating slots and fixing the boss and the penetrating slots through strake connection blocks, then inserting strake steel tubes into strake steel tube holes on the two strakes, and finally, fixing the strake steel tubes and the first mainboard steel tubes through steel tube connection members and steel blocks. The tray of the disclosure has the advantages of low cost, simple installation, rapid strake change and the like.
PLASTIC PALLET WITH REMOVABLE ELASTOMER FOOTPADS
Disclosed is a transport system (100), including: a pallet (110), formed from plastic, wherein the pallet extends heightwise from a pallet top deck (130) to a pallet bottom deck (140) to define a pallet height, lengthwise from a pallet forward end (160) to a pallet aft end (170) to define a pallet length, and widthwise from a pallet first side (190) to a pallet second side (200) to define a pallet width, wherein the pallet bottom deck defines a pocket (210), the pocket defines a pocket sidewall that extends heightwise into the pallet, from the pallet bottom deck to a pocket base to define a pocket height; and a pad (240), formed of an elastomer, having complementary shape to the pocket and configured to be removably secured within the pocket, to define a pallet foot.
CARGO HANDLING PALLET
A cargo handling pallet includes: a cargo placement surface, and a ground contact surface parallel with the placement surface and in contact with a pallet supporting surface. At least one of four edges of the placement surface is formed as an eaves edge over the entire length or a part of the length. A recess is defined below the eaves edge such that the pallet supporting surface is exposed by the recess, and a distal end of a fork can be inserted into the recess. The eaves edge has a sliding contact portion that is brought into sliding contact with an upper surface of the distal end of the fork. The depth of the recess is set longer than the fork insertion length for a case where the upper surface of the distal end of the fork is first brought into contact with the sliding contact portion.
