Bulk material shipping container
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment mounted on the pallet, a material unloading assembly, and a material loading assembly.
BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment mounted on the pallet, a material unloading assembly, and a material loading assembly.
PALLET WITH EXTRUDED COMPOSITE SUPPORT BLOCKS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
A pallet includes a cargo layer and a base layer, and a plurality of support block assemblies separating the cargo and base layers. Each support block assembly includes first and second support blocks. The first support block has a first opening extending therethrough in a horizontal direction, and the second support block has a second opening extending therethrough in the horizontal direction. The second support block is inserted into the first opening of the first support block.
Transport pallet and method for the production thereof
A transport pallet, in the form of a square or rectangular board, is particularly suited for air transport. The transport pallet is formed to a large extent from plastics material. It has at least two intersecting reinforcing struts formed from a fiber-reinforced composite plastics material. The reinforcing struts lie adjacent each other via notches stabilizing the relative positions, constituting a plug-type connection. The transport pallet further has a plate-like core of mechanically stable foamed plastics material formed by several part-cores. The core is attached to or surrounds the reinforcing struts and holds the same in a stable position. The foamed plastics material core is sheathed by the fiber-reinforced composite plastics layer. The lateral edges of the pallet board thus formed are reinforced by light alloy profiled members pulled over the edges.
PREFABRICATED PALLET
The present invention relates to a prefabricated pallet including: a prefabricated pallet of the present invention includes: a vertical member having a first coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which first side holding plates having a shape of and
are formed on an upper or lower surface of the vertical member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a first insertion space and a first holding space; a horizontal member having a second coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which second side holding plates having a shape of
and
are formed on a lower surface of the horizontal member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a second insertion space and a second holding space; and a bracket that includes upper and lower insertion plates inserted into the first insertion space and the second insertion space and column plates inserted into the first holding space and the second holding space and formed between the upper and lower insertion plates, and third insertion spaces are provided on both sides of the vertical member in the longitudinal direction.
PALLET ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS THEREOF UTILIZING RECYCLED MATERIALS
A pallet assembly is disclosed, comprising extruded or pultruded lineal components with a composition including various recycled plastics, polymers, and metals. The assembly includes a lineal engagement stringer, a lineal stringer with a top wall and internal screw boss, and a lineal slat with a leg designed to fit into slots on the top wall of the lineal stringer. The components are made from materials such as low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, or rolled metals or alloys, providing a durable and versatile pallet solution for various applications.
Composite pallet with augmented compression support, and process for manufacturing same
Exemplary embodiments of a composite pallet with augmented compression support may comprise a pallet pulp body, a multiplicity of support foot sheathes, and a support bottom plate. The pallet pulp body may be comprised of pulp and may have an upper faceplate and a plurality of support feet disposed oppositely of the upper faceplate. A foot cavity may be defined within each support foot. Each of the support foot sheaths may envelope at least a portion of a corresponding support foot. The support bottom plate may be affixed to two or more of the support foot sheaths. A plurality of arcuate stiffener grooves may be disposed in the upper faceplate. One or more of the foot cavities may have a compression column disposed therein. Each compression column may comprise one or more column layers, a compression column block, or a combination thereof. The column layers may be nested.
Bulk material shipping container
A bulk material shipping container in one embodiment including a pallet, a bottom compartment mounted on the pallet, a top compartment mounted on the bottom compartment and movable from a retracted position relative to the bottom compartment to an expanded position relative to the bottom compartment, a plurality of top compartment supporting assemblies configured to support the top compartment in the expanded position relative to the bottom compartment, and configured to release the top compartment from the expanded position to enable the top compartment to move downwardly into the retracted position, a material unloading assembly, a material loading assembly, and an extension assembly.
Pallet with impact resistant and strengthened composite legs
A pallet includes a deck and one or more leg-plank bridges that extend from the deck. The leg-plank bridges include one or more legs and a plank that extends between the legs. The legs and plank are integrally formed together and attached to the deck. The legs have one or more internal walls that define one or more cavities. Concrete fills the cavities of the legs located on a lead end of the pallet. The remaining cavities in the legs are filled with foam. The cavities in one version are wedge shaped. Other legs of the deck are filled entirely with foam.
Plastic Pallet with Bidirectional Intersecting Reinforcing Elements and Corresponding Manufacturing Methods
A pallet (100) having a unitary plastic body (102) with at least four legs (104a), and including two sets of channels (106, 108) extending parallel to its two dimensions D1 and D2. The pallet also includes a first set of elongated reinforcing elements (110) deployed within channels (106) and a second set of elongated reinforcing elements (112) deployed within channels (108). The first set of elongated reinforcing elements (110) have apertures (114) positioned so as to align with channels (108). Apertures (114) are sized and shaped to receive elongated reinforcing elements (112) passing through the apertures, resulting in an inter-engagement of elements (110) and (112) at multiple cross-over locations (116) as they extend through the pallet.
