A Collapsible Bulk Container
A collapsible bulk container 10 comprising a bag 12 for holding a bulk load, a support base 14, four collapsible legs 16 and a rectangular upper frame member 18. The legs 16 are secured to the support base 14 by means of hinge assemblies 20 which permit hinged displacement of the legs between upright positions and folded positions wherein the legs are folded onto the support base 14.
Configurable shipping crate assembly
A bracket for securing a plurality of support members for a shipping crate assembly is also disclosed. The bracket forms a corner of the shipping crate assembly. The bracket includes first and second non-identical plates. The first and second non-identical plates are joined along a connection line. The first and second non-identical plates extend perpendicularly from each other. A foot is secured to the first and second non-identical plates, the foot being secured along the connection line.
STACKABLE BULK CONTAINER
A stackable container system is configured to provide stacked receptacles for receiving bulk material therein. The stackable container system includes a first receptacle configured to provide a respective stacked receptacle. The first receptacle includes a receptable bottom, a receptable top, and a receptacle side extending along an upright container axis between the receptacle bottom and top, with the first receptacle presenting a container chamber. The receptacle top is configured to at least partly support another one of the stacked receptacles stacked relative thereto along the upright container axis. The receptacle top and the receptacle side have, respectively, a top peripheral margin and a side peripheral margin that extend laterally about the upright container axis, with at least part of the top peripheral margin being laterally outboard of the side peripheral margin. At least part of the top peripheral margin is interconnected to the side peripheral margin along a transition section that extends laterally between the receptacle top and the receptacle side.
BULK CONTAINER WITH BOTTOM CONFIGURED FOR DRAINAGE
A container includes a receptacle including an upright receptacle side and a receptacle bottom that cooperate to at least partly define a container chamber. The bottom presents a peripheral margin, with the side being attached to the bottom along the peripheral margin and extending upwardly relative to the bottom along an upright container axis. The receptacle further includes a drain configured to permit material flow out of the chamber, with the drain intersecting the bottom to define a drain opening that fluidly communicates with the chamber. The drain opening is spaced inboard from the peripheral margin and is laterally offset from the container axis in an offset direction. The bottom includes first and second floor sections extending inboard from the peripheral margin and joined relative to each other along a first gutter area adjacent the drain opening. The first floor section slopes downwardly toward the first gutter area in the offset direction and the second floor section slopes downwardly toward the first gutter area in a direction opposite the offset direction, with the floor sections configured to cooperatively advance material within the chamber toward the drain opening.
FILTERING APPARATUS WITH AT LEAST ONE FILTER UNIT
A filtering apparatus having a housing with lateral, upstream and downstream walls, and a top plate disposed at a significant angle to incoming overspray air to accelerate and guide the particulate-laden air. The angle of the top plate directs the air upstream and away from the filters so the larger solids impact the top plate and wall and adhere, removing paint from the air. Larger solids too massive to turn while accelerating through an opening into an entry chamber collect on the upstream sidewall and the highly filtered air flows toward filter units disposed downstream of the entry opening. Lighter solids that flow downstream are removed by the filtration media. An overhang of the angled top plate reduces flow into the filter units of collected solids.
Pallet and container kit
A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface and includes a top perimeter edge and a plurality of upper edge supports extending from the top perimeter edge and perpendicular to the top surface. The foldably constructed pallet further includes a bottom member forming a bottom surface. The bottom member includes a bottom perimeter edge and a plurality of lower edge supports extending from the bottom perimeter edge and perpendicular to the bottom surface. The foldably constructed pallet further includes a plurality of structural inserts received between the top and bottom members and positioned adjacent to the plurality of upper edge supports and the plurality of lower edge supports.
Quarter pallet with hand access hole
A pallet for transporting products thereon includes a top having a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the opposing underside. The top includes a hand access hole extending through the top and located at a center of gravity of the pallet. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface for allowing stacking of such pallets.
INTEGRATED WELD STOP
A weld stop element may be used in a hot plate welding process for bonding first and second plastic components. The weld stop element includes a weld stop post positioned between ribs of one or both of the components. The weld stop post is sized such that the weld stop post is not accessible by a heating element during a heating phase of the hot plate welding process. The weld stop post defines a stop position for when the first and second plastic components are pressed together after the heating phase.
Container having multiple levels of slots to facilitate movement of dunnage
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a body, slotted guides attached to opposite sides of the body, and a plurality of dunnage supports extending between the guides. Outer portions of the dunnage supports may have one or more narrowed or flattened portions which enable the dunnage supports to slide along the slots. Dunnage holding parts is suspended by the dunnage supports.
PACKING BODY
A packing body includes a bottom plate on which a packed body is placed, a box body that covers the packed body, and a restricting member, of which one end is fixed to the bottom plate and the other end protrudes toward a part of the packed body with a gap and that restricts lateral movement of the packed body by coming into contact with the part of the packed body in a case where the packed body has moved laterally, in which clearance between the restricting member and the part of the packed body is larger than a gap between an inner surface of the box body and the packed body, and the clearance is defined as a movement amount obtained by adding an elastic deformation amount of the restricting member in a case where the packing body has received a horizontal impact to the gap between the restricting member and the part of the packed body.
