The present invention provides a thinner, movable load bearing structure having indentations, grooves, valleys, channels or other similar depressions on its underside. These depressions are mated with corresponding features for improved loading bearing capabilities. The load bearing structures also includes roughened side edges for improving the strength of the edges. The load bearing structure may be a dunnage platform or a container for storing and/or shipping cargo.

A foldable crate includes a base having a front end and a rear end and a pair of end gates, wherein an end gate is rotatably attached to each end of the base. Each end gate includes a cap attached adjacent to one end of each post of the end gate and a knob is attached adjacent to the opposing end of each post. A skid shoe is attached to the bottom of each corner of the base, wherein each skid shoe includes a socket for receiving the knob or cap of the corresponding end gate of an adjacent foldable crate when a plurality of foldable crates are stacked.

A collapsible crate and a method for synchronizing a method of assembling a collapsible crate are provided. The collapsible crate comprising a base, a first panel, a second panel, and a band style fastener. The first panel and the second panel are at least partially disposed within gaps between stringers of the base. The band style fastener is disposed about a portion of the base and a portion of one of the first panel and the second panel. The band style fastener secures the one of the first panel and the second panel to the base. The first panel and the second panel at least partially disposed in the base facilitates a transition fit therebetween. The collapsible crate is compact when the crate is collapsed and decreases a cost of the crate.

The small door (31) is arranged on the side plates. The small door (31) at least comprises a first part (312), wherein the width of the first part (312) gradually reduces from the upper end to the lower end, first meshing portions (315) are provided on the left end wall and the right wall of the first part (312), and first meshing structure (342) matching the first meshing portions (315) are provided on the side plates. When the container overall has a full load, the outward deformation of the small door is small when the small door is extruded by goods, thereby saving on conveyance or stacking space of the container, and the reliability of stacking and conveyance is improved.

Disclosed is a foldable container. The container comprises a base (5) and two pairs of side plates (1, 2, 3, 4). The side plates are connected to the base in a manner such that the side plates can be folded relative to the base. Each of the side plates is provided with at least one first reinforcement member (6). Where the side plates are in an upright state, the first reinforcement members of the adjacent side plates are mutually connected so as to form an annular integral body. By means of the structure of the reinforcement member, the strength of the side plates of the foldable container is improved, and the defect where the side plates turn white, and even bulge, deform and fail when the foldable container bears a heavy load is overcome.
