Modular pallet system for transporting bulky and fragile goods in a multi-story constellation, the system consists of the modules basic-pallet, vertical-pillars, longitudinal-reinforce-elements and transversal-reinforce-elements. The basic-pallet provides the surface for placing the cargo and for lashing via integrated tie-down points. Further junction points at the edges of the basic-pallet are for the connection with the vertical-pillars and through these with the reinforce elements, necessary to provide the assembly's stability, enabling stack ability with additional basic-pallets on top.

A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.

A knock-down container readily assembled from a pallet, side support members, and a top frame pivotably changeable from a symmetric first configuration square for capping the container to a second collapsed configuration for component shipping, for containing durable goods for storage and shipping. The top frame has corner supports pivotally connected to a pair of opposing end members and connected to a pair of opposing side members, being movable from the first configuration for capping the knock-down container and the second configuration pivoted for collapsing the opposing side members together for shipping as a component.

Pallet shelf system (4) having at least two pallet decks, said system comprising at least two standard pallets (10a, 10b), each standard pallet comprising at least two fork pockets for receiving the forks of a forklift, at least four upright support posts (42a, 42b, 42c, 42d), two lower pallet base units (21a, 21b) comprising respective protrusions matching a respective fork pocket on a lower pallet (10a), and at least two upper pallet base units (41a, 41b), wherein two support frames (40a, 40b) are formed from said pallet base units and said upright support posts, said upper pallet base units (41a, 41b) supporting the upper pallet's outer pallet legs.

A method of assembling a pallet using a machine includes folding a first portion of a pallet support column to define a vertical support structure. The method further includes folding a second portion of the pallet support column to engage the vertical support structure. The method further includes gluing at least a portion of the second portion to the first portion. The method further includes coupling the pallet support column to at least one of a bottom member or a top member of the pallet.

A pallet with wheels and breaking system, that can be interlocked with other pallets. The pallet has five sets of wheels that can be locked or unlocked using the fork rubber or pressing a switch. The wheel breaking system includes a fork breaking rod, wheel transfer gear wheel, wheel transfer rod, wheel braking pin, wheel transfer gear wheel bearing, wheel rotating bearing, and wheel breaking pin springs. The pallet has locking rings around the perimeter, allowing the pallet to interlock with other pallets by pressing a switch. The locking ring locking system includes a locking ring transfer gear wheel, locking ring transfer rod guide, locking ring transfer rod, locking ring ball engaging rod, locking ring ball guide, locking ring ball pusher, and locking ring ball. The pallet further includes corner bumpers, load stabilizers, wheel insets, and shelf rack bars that can be extended for additional support and shelving units.

Disclosed herein is a modular deck system that utilizes a combination of a movable platform having a plurality of vertical posts with engagement members. Decks, filled with freight, can be placed onto the vertical posts at various heights at different sections of the movable platform using a conveyance vehicle. Further, the height of the vertical posts can be extended using an extension post for securing tall cargo. The decks can also be locked to the vertical posts to prevent dislodgement of the deck during transport of the movable platform.

Disclosed herein is a packaging kit. The kit includes a pallet having a top support surface and fork lift apertures. The kit also includes a base having an enclosed volume sized so the pallet fits within the enclosure volume. The kit also includes side walls each being smaller in area than the top support surface of the pallet. The kit includes a plurality of joint supports with each of the plurality of joint supports configured to couple at least two side walls together providing support across the joints between the side walls. A coupler is provided that is configured to attach the base to the pallet. A cap is provided that is configured to slide down over top of the base substantially enclosing the enclosed volume between the base and the cap. The pallet, side walls, joint supports, and coupler fit within the enclosed volume. The packaging kit is also expandable to be assembled as a packaging system with a container positioned on the pallet.

Disclosed herein is a modular deck system that utilizes a combination of a movable platform having a plurality of vertical posts with engagement members. Stillage comprising similar containers in vertical stacked apart relationship to one another. The container includes a flat load carrying surface for carrying items and corner fittings having a collar for cooperatively engaging with one end of support legs to support the container. The support leg has an external plug provided with a pocket having this spaced side walls at one end and an internal cavity surrounded by an enlarged flange at the other end. The lower end of a spacer for spacing apart two containers is received in the pocket of the support and the other end of the spacer is received within the internal cavity of the support leg which is provided with a guide for guiding movement of the spacer to adopt and maintain the correct vertical orientation to form a stable array of vertically stacked containers. The advantage of the stillage formed using the support leg and spacer is that a stable stacked array is formed enabling safe transport of items in the containers without risk of damage to the items.
