The second pet food product is positioned in the storage container and generally separated from the first pet food product. The first pet food product alone does not provide a fully compliant pet food product, the second pet food product does not alone provide a fully compliant pet food product, and the first and second pet food products have a composition such that when a sufficient amount of the first pet food product and a sufficient amount of the second pet food product are combined, a compliant pet food product results.
