STACKABLE FRACTIONAL PLASTIC PALLET
A pallet includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with the product support surface including a pair of pallet support leg receiving areas. A pair of pallet support legs is on the underside of the top deck and aligned with the pallet support leg receiving areas. Each pallet support leg including a center leg section having a first end adjacent the underside of the top deck and a second end opposite the first end, and a pair of leg extensions extending outwards from the second end of the center leg section. An underside of the center leg section and the pair of leg extensions are configured to engage one of the pallet support leg receiving areas of an identical pallet when stacked thereon.
RECONFIGURABLE PALLET/DOLLY PLATFORM
A reconfigurable pallet/dolly platform includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside. The underside includes pallet support leg attachment areas for receiving pallet support legs when configured as a pallet, and dolly wheel attachment areas for receiving dolly wheels when configured as a dolly. The product support surface includes pallet support leg receiving areas aligned with the pallet support leg attachment areas and configured to engage the pallet support legs from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a pallet. The product support surface also includes dolly wheel receiving areas aligned with the dolly wheel wells and configured to engage the dolly wheels from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a dolly.
GAS CYLINDER LIFTING EXTENSION
A gas cylinder lifting extension for industrial gas cylinder transportation. The gas cylinder lifting extension containing a first end with a cylindrical cavity and a second flat end with two perpendicular, rectangular channels through it to allow for secured lifting with a forklift.
STACKABLE QUARTER-SIZE PLASTIC PLATFORM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A platform includes a top deck with spaced apart platform support leg openings extending therethrough, and platform support legs extending from a lower surface of the top deck and aligned with the platform support leg openings. A shelf provides support to a bottom surface of a platform support leg from an identical platform when stacked thereon. A pair of extensions extend outwards from a bottom surface of the lower portion, with the opening in the upper portion providing clearance for the pair of extensions on the platform support leg of the identical platform when stacked thereon. The platform includes a platform tracking device including an exterior housing assembly that is positioned at least partially within the top deck and that encloses processing circuitry, memory, one or more sensors, a communication element, and a power supply.
Dowel and pallet using dowel
An improved pallet that is easy to assemble and disassemble. In particular, the pallet includes a plurality of stringers with bores, a plurality of deck boards with openings, and a plurality of dowels that attach the stringers and boards at an acute angle. The dowels can have protruding portions for aligning with dimples in the bottoms of neighboring pallets, thus vertically orienting stacked pallets with respect to each other, for efficient and secure stacking of the pallets. The protruding portions can be configured so as to deflect random blows and to minimize damage to the pallets when stacked. The dowels can also be positioned so as to reduce the likelihood of stress fractures to the pallets when the pallets sustain potentially damaging forces.
PALLET
A pallet includes a top plate, an opposite bottom plate, and a series of supports disposed between the top and bottom plates. The series of supports, top plate, and bottom plate collectively define an opening on each vertical side of the pallet. The spacing of the supports from each other further defines a series of pathways configured to receive the forks of both a forklift and a pallet jack. The pallet may be configured to receive the forks of a forklift and a pallet jack from multiple different directions. The forks of the forklift may be received by the pallet such that the forks are oriented either perpendicular or parallel to the sides of the pallet. The forks of the pallet jack may be received by the pallet such that the forks are offset from being either perpendicular or parallel to the sides of the pallet.
QUARTER PALLET WITH PRODUCT TAB RECEIVING AREAS FOR PRODUCTS CARRIED THEREON
A pallet includes a top including a product support surface and an opposing underside, with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the underside. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top, and each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface of the top. The feet thus allow stacking of such pallets with the feet of a first such pallet extending into the first openings of a second such pallet. Product tab receiving areas are for receiving respective product tabs, with each product tab receiving area having a slot within the top adjacent a respective outer side of the top. The slot has a pair of spaced apart opposing long sidewalls and a pair of spaced apart opposing short sidewalls adjacent to the pair of long sidewalls, with one of the long sidewalls including a laterally extending tongue for engaging an opening in one of the product tabs.
Quarter pallet with product tab receiving areas for products carried thereon
A pallet for transporting products thereon includes a top having a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the opposing underside. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface so that the feet allow stacking of such pallets. At least one product tab receiving area is adjacent an edge of the top and has a parent slot within the top with a partially closed bottom forming a shelf and an opening adjacent the shelf. An inner slot extends through the opening adjacent the shelf so as to be recessed below the parent slot. The inner slot has a pair of spaced apart sidewalls, a closed bottom, and with one of the sidewalls having a projection extending towards the other sidewall.
NESTABLE PALLET
A nestable pallet includes a deck having a plurality of openings through an upper support surface thereof. A plurality of corner columns extend downward from the deck. The plurality of corner columns are aligned with the plurality of openings through the upper support surface of the deck. The plurality of corner columns each include a front face, a rear face, an outer face, an inner face opposite the outer face, and an angled face between the inner face and the front face. The angled face includes a plurality of vertical corrugations, such as a first vertically-elongated recess between a first vertically-elongated projection and a second vertically-elongated projection.
