MODULAR CARGO SYSTEM
A system for palletizing cargo includes a number of components that may be combined to produce an assembled pallet of cargo. A pallet base provides a cargo area where a payload may be stacked. The pallet base includes protective features such as feet that raise the payload above surface level, bumpers that prevent and absorb impacts to the pallet base, and a rim that encircles the cargo area. A pallet top is placed on top of the payload, opposite the pallet base, and a set of straps are used to connect the pallet base to the pallet top and friction fit the payload therebetween. Each of the base and top include a series of holes and spacers that allow airflow to pass around the bottom and top of the payload, while the bumpers allow airflow around the sides, even when the assembled pallets are surrounded by other cargo.
PALLET MODULE, ASSORTMENT OF PALLET MODULES, AND PALLET ASSEMBLY BUILT OF THE SAME
A pallet module configured to allow formation of a nested pallet assembly of at least two similar pallet modules, including a main structural body having a generally quadrilateral peripheral border with first to fourth lateral sides, first and second lateral flanges extending outwardly from the peripheral border along the first and second lateral sides and configured to cooperate with first and second lateral grooves extending inwardly from the peripheral border along the third and fourth lateral sides of another similar pallet module to form the nested pallet assembly, a foot structure disposed on a lower side of the main structural body, and first and second toggle latch components arranged in the vicinity of the first and second lateral sides, respectively, configured to cooperate and releasably interlock with third and fourth toggle latch components arranged in the vicinity of the third and fourth lateral sides, respectively, of another similar pallet module.
MODULAR PALLET SYSTEM
A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.
Pallet
A support module for a platform comprises a body and a lower surface. The body defines an opening configured to receive a pallet support. The lower surface is configured to abut a top deck of the platform.
Lift and pallet
A pallet lift includes a pair of outer tines movable between an expanded position spaced outward away from inner tines and a retracted position adjacent the inner tines. The inner and outer tines are supported by wheels at locations spaced away from the lift mechanism. A pallet includes a plurality of nestable feet that open outwardly of the pallet to reduce the footprint. A second pallet includes a side wall extending downward from side edges of the pallet to define an opening adjacent outer feet.
Equal-fork pallet
An equal-fork pallet comprising a pallet body is provided. The pallet body is provided with a stand structure and a reinforcing structure, the reinforcing structure is a reinforcing rib embodied by a groove structure pressed on the surface of the pallet body, and the reinforcing rib comprises a connection type reinforcing rib and a semi-partition type reinforcing rib, the stand structure comprises a corner stand, an edge stand and a center stand, and neither end of the partition type reinforcing rib is connected to the stand. The equal-fork pallet has a reasonable structural design and strong pressure bearing capacity, with targeted layout and design of the reinforcing rib centralized position and stress concentration position such as stand. The pallet can overcome the problems of low local compressive strength and proneness to produce stress fracture and local cracking.
Pallet System as well as Measuring Component
A pallet system (10) for transporting goods has a pallet (12) and a measuring component (14) located on top of the upper surface (18) of the pallet (12). The measuring component (14) comprises a first conductive layer (32) and a second conductive layer (34) spaced apart from each other forming a capacitor with a gap (36). At least one elastic element (30) is arranged within the gap, and a control unit (31) is electrically connected to the first conductive layer (32) and the second conductive layer (34), wherein the control unit (31) is configured to measure the capacitance of the capacitor. Further, a measuring component (14) is shown.
Pallet with impact resistance
A pallet includes a lower panel, a plurality of feet, and a perimeter fault in the lower panel extending adjacent a perimeter of the lower panel. The pallet may also include a plurality of surrounding faults in the lower panel, where each of the surrounding faults extends around a respective one of the plurality of feet. The faults or recesses allow for an engineered region of reduced stiffness in line with the loads seen during impacts in the leading edge or feet of the pallet.
PALLET WITH THERMAL ENERGY STORAGE
A pallet for shipping goods, the pallet having a rigid member, a phase change material, and a temperature indicate. The rigid member includes a phase change material compartment. A phase change material is disposed in the phase change material compartment. The temperature indicator indicates a thermal state of the pallet.
Pallet
A pallet comprises a deck. The deck comprises a product supporting surface and one or more load bearing features. The load bearing features are configured to receive lateral projections of support members.
