The invention is directed toward a cake tray that has a number of hand holding or gripping recesses for conveniently carrying the cake tray or base. The cake tray further include finger gripping recesses formed by upwardly projecting pads and protrusion.

An elastic stretchable lid capable of absorbing moisture is revealed. The elastic stretchable lid includes a lid body and a hollow cap. The lid body made of soft and elastic materials is fit on an opening of a container while the hollow cap is arranged at a center of the lid body and provided with at least one air hole on a bottom thereof, a moisture-absorbing member mounted therein, and a moisture measurement unit arranged at the top thereof. Thereby the lid can be applied to different sizes of containers for closing openings and absorbing moisture to keep inner space of the container dry and prevent objects stored in the container from deterioration or mold growth. A package for a medical device such as an intermittent catheter has a case which is closed at one end and open at the other end. A cap is connected to the case by a hinge to permit selectable movement of the cap between an open position, wherein access is provided to the open end of the case, and a closed position, wherein the cap prevents access to the open end of the case. A seal is connected to one of the cap and case. The seal is engageable with the other of the cap and case when the cap is closed to form a barrier that maintains a sterile environment inside the package. The seal can be repeatedly made and broken whenever the user closes or opens the cap, respectively. One of the case and cap has a latch and the other has a receptacle for receiving the latch to releasably retain the cap in a closed position. The latches fit into the receptacle to prevent lateral forces from distorting the cap when the cap is closed. A locking slide may be used to lock the cap to the case.

A portable container and container assembly provides a durable, functional and simple carry-all solution for dry and wet provisions, goods and gear. Exemplary features of various embodiments include one or more of an overmolded pad on the bottom of the container, a removable handle incorporating a releasable retaining structure, a lid that seals within the container cavity and is flush with the outer periphery of the container sidewall and/or has a cellular internal reinforcing structure, a skirt extending around the sidewall that is integral with handle mounts for the handle and/or provides a connection point for external components, and a drop-in tray with a collapsible handle.

The present invention relates to a reusable food storage container designed to store food items while preventing the odor of stored food from being retained in the container material. The container has a base comprised of odor-resistant material, such as stainless steel or glass, and has a lid with an embedded replaceable charcoal filter. The charcoal filter is configured to absorb odor emanating from stored food items. The container can comprise different sizes, designs, shapes, and colors and can be washed and reused. In one embodiment, a lid of the container has a cavity for embedding the charcoal filter, and in another embodiment, the bottom surface of the lid has a frame with a continuous channel for accommodating the charcoal filter. The lid is configured to seal the stored food material using a skirt wall for preserving the food items.

A container lid and base assembly includes lid and base stacking features, as well as base chamfers that align with vents provided in the lid. When a plurality of the container assemblies is stacked, the lid and base stacking features nest with each other, while the chamfers align with corresponding vents in the stacked assemblies so that none of the vents is blocked by a next-higher container assembly. The stacking features can be centrally located, and the vents can be peripherally located. A plurality of the container assemblies can have differing sizes and/or shapes, while including mutually compatible stacking features, thereby enabling container assemblies of differing sizes to be stacked without blocking any of the vents thereof. The vents can be holes or “C” vents. The lid and/or base can be manufacturable by thermoforming. The lid and base can be separate, or joined by a hinge.

A. tamper evident container includes a cover having a first interlocking flange with a first tab for opening and closing the container and a first extension joined to the first tab along a frangible score line, a base having a second interlocking flange with a second tab for opening and closing the container and a second extension joined to the second tab along a frangible score line, the first extension including one or more first interlocking elements and the second extension including one or more second interlocking elements, where the first and second interlocking elements, when securely fastened together, prevent access to the first and second tabs, and require more force to separate than to sever the first and second extensions along the frangible score lines.
