An improved thermos is provided. This improved thermos includes an outer thermos and a nestable inner thermos which is structured so as to be nestable within the outer thermos. The thermos includes a lid that is structured to seal the nestable inner thermos and a dual functioning base which is configured in size and shape for physically operating as both (1) a base for the thermos when the dual functioning base is positioned on a bottom portion of the thermos with a friction fit, and (2) a lid for the outer thermos when the dual functioning base is positioned on a top portion of the outer thermos with a friction fit.

Arrangements are provided for smart functionality with dumb containers, such as for determining medication adherence, tracking product use, and validating product authenticity. An acoustic emitter is engaged with a container or other vehicle. Opening the container causes the acoustic emitter to produce an acoustic emission, without requiring power, processing capacity, or sensors. A cell phone or other station receives and registers acoustic emissions, such as by logging opening of the container, verifying authenticity of the acoustic emission, communicating with an oversight system, or similar. Data as may be encoded in an acoustic emission may include vehicle detection data (e.g., logging a container being opened), vehicle information (e.g., lot number, contents name), vehicle validation (e.g., valid or counterfeit numerical code), and audible user recognition (e.g., brand jingles, warning sounds).

A hinged tub covering device for covering a popcorn container includes a ring with a groove extending circumferentially around its inner face. The groove is sized and shaped complementarily to a lip of a top of a container and enter into snap fit engagement with the lip to removably attach the ring to the container. A domed cover is hingedly attached to the ring and selectively closes the top of the container. When the domed cover closed, it retains popcorn within the container, and, when open, the popcorn can be added to the container and is accessible to a user. A cutout is positioned in the domed cover and is selectively closable by means of a flap, which is hingedly attached to the domed cover. When closed, the flap retains the popcorn within the container, and when open, a flavoring agent can be added to the container.

A cover operates with a bistable snap-fit mechanism for positioning on a closable opening of a container or on another element to be closed by the cover. The cover and/or a container wall region has fitted thereon a tamper-evident sealing element to be removed when opening the container for the first time, which, prior to being removed, blocks deformation of the front wall necessary for changeover between the two bistable states and/or prevents an expansion portion necessary for the snap-fit mechanism, from bringing about alteration to the outer circumference of the cover necessary for deformation of the front wall of the cover between the two bistable states. As an alternative, or in addition, it is also possible for a handle member, necessary for pulling off the cover, to be configured such that it can only be used once the tamper-evident sealing has been successfully removed.

A product packaging is disclosed. The product packaging includes a base box and a cover. The base box includes a base panel and cushioning cells together defining a product-receiving space. The cushioning cells include an upper cushioning cell disposed at an upper edge of the base panel, a lower cushioning cell disposed at a lower edge of the base panel, a left side cushioning cell disposed at a left side edge of the base panel, and a right side cushioning cell disposed at a right side edge of the base panel. The cover covers the product-receiving space and is coupled to the left side cushioning cell and to the right side cushioning cell. The left side cushioning cell and the right side cushioning cell are hingedly coupled to the base panel. The base panel and the cushioning cells are integral and formed from a single blank.

A saw blade caddy to store saw blades therein, the saw blade caddy including a box, a removable lid to attach to a top portion of the box, and a plurality of saw blade slots disposed vertically within the box to store the saw blades vertically therebetween.

A lid for an open top beverage container such as a paper cup with a is formed as a generally disk shaped body with curved slot opening in the body and an air inlet hole in the body. The peripheral edge of the disk has a plurality of annular abutment sealing rings at axially spaced locations along the axis with all of the things including an uppermost ring and typically two lower rings all lying on an imaginary generally conical surface surrounding the axis so that the rings in use engage the generally conical inside surface of the beverage container at a position thereon spaced downwardly from an upper edge of the beverage container for sealing against the inside surface so that the lid slides down into the container and creates a seal inside the container allowing the beverage container to be taken mobile.

A practical and useful cover or cap to be screwed/unscrewed manually by a user onto a container includes a plastic body exhibiting a recess or recess or a bar, both sized to be gripped by all or part or some of the index through little fingers, side by side, of the user's hand, providing a manual grip or handle for the same user, when screwing the cap on/off the container. The recess is formed between upper and lower walls. The bar extends along a side upper cup of the cover or cap. The cover or cap allows an easy and convenient portability, with one hand, of the container on which the cover or cap is screwed, and also satisfies the user's need to firmly and easily screw the cover or cap onto the container with a high torque, and to unscrew it easily from the same container.

Medical device dispensers along with related systems and methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments dispenses within the scope of this disclosure may be configured to couple another structure such as an IV pole. Additionally, dispensers within the scope of this disclosure may be configured with locking or otherwise tamper resistant elements.

A food container is provided with a tub and lid, the lid having a locking edge configured to snap-fit into a raised rim of said tub. The lid also has a foldable security tab that has a locking lug for connecting with a corresponding locking indent on the lid. The foldable security tab is perforated such that when the perforation is broken a lift handle portion of the security tag remains connected to the locking edge to allow the lid to be removed from the tub, and a portion of the security tab with the locking lug remains attached to the lid, connected in the locking indent.
