A bucket body for a vacuum bucket and a vacuum bucket. The bucket body includes: a stainless-steel bucket wall, a stainless-steel platform plate, and a stainless-steel bottom plate. The stainless-steel bucket wall defines a top opening and a bottom opening. An outer contour of the stainless-steel platform plate is matched to a shape of the top opening, for sealing and fitting an edge of the stainless-steel platform plate to an inner wall of the top opening. An outer contour of the stainless-steel bottom plate is matched to a shape of the bottom opening, for sealing and fitting an edge of the stainless-steel bottom plate to an inner wall of the bottom opening. A food storage cavity is defined between the stainless-steel platform plate and the stainless-steel bottom plate, and the stainless-steel platform plate defines an opening to serve as an inlet of the food storage cavity.

In addition, the apparatus includes top cover positioned above gasket including top panel, depending annular wall extending downwardly from top panel, and internal threads formed along inner surface of depending annular wall.
