The cap has a rotatable filling section attached to the cap and configured to rotate to block the slit and prevent fluid communication between the threaded bottle and a dispensable volume or to expose the slit and allow fluid communication between the threaded bottle and the dispensable volume. A volume selector rotates to provide a largest and a smallest measurable volume. A lid covers the dispensable volume. A user rotates the rotatable filling section to fill the section with an ingredient. The user rotates it back, removes the lid, and dispenses the ingredient.

An insulating container assembly can be configured to retain beverages and/or foods. The insulated container can include one of a plurality of container projections or grooves. A lid assembly can include one of a plurality of skirt grooves or projections, corresponding to the plurality of container projections or grooves of the insulated container. The lid assembly may be configured to lock in place on the container by engaging the plurality of skirt grooves or projections with the container grooves or projections when in the locked position.
