Push through blister package with plastic lidding
Provided is a single material plastic push-through blister pack for food and pharmaceutical packaging and a method of making thereof. The blister package may be produced by thermoforming polymer films for the cavity and a cavitated polymer film made from the same class of polymer comparatively lower thickness for the substrate or lid. To facilitate the push through breaking, the polymer film used as the lidding film may be modified to a microcavitated film by creating micro-voids/cavities and micro-brittleness within the polymer matrix. These micro-voids/cavities, and/or embedded microcrystalline particles present in the polymer matrix of the lidding film, may create internal cracks in the film by application of a small external force, which may then result in rupturing of the lid film to dispense a product from the cavity of the blister pack.
CAPSULE FOR PRODUCING A BEVERAGE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CAPSULE
Capsule (1) for use in a beverage preparation machine, said capsule comprising: a capsule body (2) defining a chamber (21), said capsule body comprising: one or more side walls (22), said walls extending axially towards a top opening (23), and a circumferential flange (24) that extends radially outward from the one or more side walls, and a top membrane (3) attached to at least a part of the upper surface (241) of the said circumferential flange and closing the top opening, and adapted to be punctured for liquid injection into the capsule, the top membrane and the flange extending globally along a common plane (P), and a bottom membrane (4), provided inside the chamber (21) so as to delimit between the top membrane (3) and said bottom membrane an ingredient chamber, and an opening device (5) provided inside the chamber and adapted to open the chamber.
Paper dispenser for cosmetics
A dispenser includes a housing having an inner volume and a push cup movable within the inner volume of the housing. A sleeve is arranged within the inner volume at a position between the cap and the push cup.
SUSPENSION FRAME FOR A SHIPPING PACKAGE
A suspension frame for a shipping package having a main wall for article retention and a side wall transversal in respect of the main wall is provided. The main wall and the side wall are of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like cellulosic material. The main wall has a pattern formed by a plurality of cuts, and a face of the main wall opposite to the side wall is covered at least in correspondence of the pattern by an adhering crepe paper sheet.
Food Container with Resealable Cap
A food container includes a main plastic body terminating in an upper rim having a ledge portion, a resealable cap configured to seal against the ledge portion when snap-connected to the upper rim and an externally visible tamper indicator integrated into the container body below the upper rim. The cap includes an opening tab which, upon initially opening the container, is lifted to break one or more frangible connections with the tamper indicator. When the food container cap is presented for sale, the tamper indicator is clearly visible to a consumer. When the cap is completely removed, the tamper indicator radially projects from the container body. The cap can be used to selectively reseal the main body upon seating the seal portion on the ledge portion and snap-connecting the cap to the upper rim.
EMBOSSED PAPER IN COMBINATION WITH PAPER CUSHIONING FOR SHIPPING ENVELOPES
According to some illustrative embodiments, a protective product is provided that includes: at least one expandable slit paper sheet, said at least on expandable slit paper being expanded between opposing ends of said slit paper; a first embossed paper sheet facing said expanded slit paper sheet and a second paper sheet facing an opposite side of said at least one expanded slit paper sheet, at least one of said first embossed paper sheet and said second paper sheet being fixed to said expanded slit paper sheet at the opposing ends of said expanded slit paper sheet and thereby maintaining said expanded paper in its expanded state, said first embossed paper sheet having a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of said embossed paper sheet, whereby inhibiting deformation of said embossed paper sheet that is fixed to said expanded slit sheet paper.
Recyclable container comprising a cardboard-based socket element and a paper-based receptacle element
The present invention concerns a recyclable container (1) comprising a cardboard-based socket element (2) and a paper-based receptacle element (3), wherein the receptacle element is connected to the socket element in a way that a product can flow from the receptacle element through the socket element, so that the product can be dispensed by the bulk dispensing device. The container is recyclable with the paper stream.
FULLY RECYCLABLE CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
