The plurality of panels include a bottom panel, a first side panel, a second side panel, a top panel, and a handle panel at least partially overlapping one of the first side panel and the second side panel. At least one gusset is foldably connected to the bottom panel and one of the first side panel and the second side panel. An access feature is formed in the top panel for accessing the interior of the carton. A handle includes a handle opening in the handle panel. The handle opening is spaced apart from the access feature.
Carrier For Containers
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers is disclosed. The carrier includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carrier. The plurality of panels includes at least one bottom panel, at least one top panel, a front panel, a back panel, at least one side panel, and at least one central panel that divides the interior of the carrier into a front portion and a back portion. At least one divider flap is foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extends to one of the front panel and the back panel to divide one of the front portion and the back portion into at least two container-receiving spaces. The at least one top panel is foldably connected to at least one of the front panel and the back panel and includes at least one opening for receiving a container of the plurality of containers. The at least one top panel comprises a locking tab and the at least one central panel comprises a locking opening for receiving the locking tab.
METHOD OF USING DOUBLE-HANDLE BOX
A method of using a box including obtaining the box, the box including first, second, third, and fourth side panels, the third side panel joining the first side panel and the second side panel, the fourth side panel extending from the second side panel, the fourth side panel extending from the second side panel; a plurality of bottom flaps; a plurality of top flaps; and a connecting panel joining adjacent side panels; wherein the first, second, third, and fourth top flaps extend from the first, second, third, and fourth side panels, respectively; and wherein third and fourth handle openings of the respective third and fourth side panels are substantially and respectively aligned with first and second handle openings of the respective first and second side panels when folded. The method can include a user gripping the third and fourth handle openings and lifting the box.
EXPANDABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER CARTON ADAPTED TO RECEIVE ICE THEREIN
A carton for holding containers can be converted from a first configuration for storing and shipping the containers therein to a second configuration in which the carton forms an open-top cooler for chilling and serving the containers. A beverage container cooling carton is dimensioned for increased ice surface contact with the outer surfaces of a number of the beverage containers such that heat transfer between the ice and beverage containers occurs efficiently.
Bottle carrier
A method of constructing a carrier for bottles (such as two or four craft beer bottles), wherein the layout fits through a digital printer, is disclosed. A flat of beverage board is printed upon (on one side or both, though all exterior surfaces are derived from one side of the board) with individualized and/or short-run graphics. The flat is die-cut and folded into a square or rectangle closed by a tab that is glued on the back of one of side panels, and bottom flaps are folded and glued into place. A riser extends up from each of a pair of opposite sides to support a handle flap, and the handle flaps are glued together across the top of the rectangle.
LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE INCLUDING SEMICONDUCTOR NANOCRYSTALS
A light emitting device includes a semiconductor nanocrystal and a charge transporting layer that includes an inorganic material. The charge transporting layer can be a hole or electron transporting layer. The inorganic material can be an inorganic semiconductor.
Carton with reinforced handle
A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels comprising at least a top panel and a side panel. A plurality of end flaps can be respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels, can be at least partially overlapped to at least partially form a closed end of the carton, and can comprise at least a side end flap foldably connected to the side panel along a first fold line. A handle can be formed in the closed end of the carton for grasping and carrying the carton. The handle can extend in at least the side end flap. A reinforcing flap can be foldably connected to the side end flap along a second fold line, and the reinforcing flap can at least partially overlap the side end flap for reinforcing the handle.
Carton With Asymmetrical Corners
A carton for containing a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The carton comprises a first corner and a second corner at a closed end. The first corner has a first configuration and the second corner has a second configuration, the first configuration being different than the second configuration so that the first corner and second corner are asymmetrical.
Carton With Display Feature
A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The carton has a display feature comprising a display opening in at least one of the first side panel and the second side panel, and a display panel foldably connected to the top panel. The display panel is located in the interior and spaced-apart from the opening. The display panel is at least partially visible through the display opening.
Frangible shipping carton and associated methods
A selectively frangible shipping carton for storing and shipping goods comprises at least one side wall joining a top wall and a bottom wall. A path of weakness extends around a periphery of the carton through at least a portion of the side wall. The path of weakness enables a user to manually separate the carton into at least two portions: an upper portion including the top wall and a lower portion including the bottom wall.
